The food was very good and the restaurant is very nice inside. However, the server knocked my drink over into my lap, and not only did I barely get an apology, but we never saw a manager and she billed us for the entire meal, so know if there's a problem you might not get the response you expect.

Pretty good food considering the location it’s in! I went out with some family and ordered the carne asada burrito 🌯. SO Good.

My wife and I stopped by The Margarita House in Zebulon to pick up dinner for my mother-in-law’s birthday, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! We found it through Google, and it exceeded all expectations.

While we waited for our to-go order, my wife tried one of their margaritas. Marleny, the bartender, squeezed fresh lime and orange juice right in front of us. The margarita was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, super fresh, and made with great tequila. Hands down, the best margarita we’ve had in the area.

We also enjoyed fresh chips, salsa, and queso while we waited. Marleny was so kind, and we even got to meet the owner, Carolina, who was equally welcoming. The service was fantastic, and the food was even better. We ordered the ACP Texas, fajita burritos, tacos de pollo, and spinach enchiladas. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and full of distinct, homemade-tasting goodness—not your run-of-the-mill Mexican food.

We’re so glad to have found this place. It’s called The Margarita House for a reason, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

So, this is my second time coming to Margarita house... the first time being right after it opened. First off... the service was awesome... when we walked in, we were happily greeted and seated. The waitress came shortly thereafter, introduced herself, and asked what we would like to drink. We weren't sure so she said I'll bring you water and gave us a moment. My cousin and I appreciated not being rushed to make decisions about our drink and food choices, but we're given time to look at the menu. We placed our orders and waited. A short time later our food arrived. My cousin ordered the chimichanga and thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered the stuffed jalapeños wrapped in bacon and buffalo wings. I know... why go to a Mexican restaurant and not order "Mexican" food. I want that hungry and was going to hang out with my cousin... this was her pick. So, my wings and peppers were a "fail " for me. First off, they were not jalapeños they were pablano peppers and NOT spicy at ALL! I wanted to like them, but they were not what I ordered or was expecting. The wings were "buffalo," but also were NOT SPICY. They were covered in a very tomato based sauce, but it was not a traditional hot wing, and it was swimming in the sauce... so much so that I asked for another plate so I could separate the wings from all the sauce. I ate 1 pepper and 2 wings... the rest I took home and gave to my nephews... they're teenagers and eat anything 😉. The highlight of my meal was the chips and salsa... they were very fresh and very good. It wasn't a horrible experience, but it was definitely one I wouldn't repeat.

routinely order take out and even when they are packed inside I dont have to wait long for pick up. The number one thing is its almost always right the first time too. I just wished they didnt charge extra for using a card.

The Margarita House is aptly named. The margaritas were good, and so was the food. The staff was attentive and service was prompt. My friends and I had a great experience there.

Went to pick up a delivery order, two servers completely ignored me, a young lady and a young man. Was standing for ten minutes until a third lady with glasses acknowled me. The other two came to the front and wouldn't look my way. Highly unprofessional

The ACC lunch special was alright, but the cocktails/margaritas menu wasn't good there's no prices on the actual menu for drinks and the for the price I paid for a Pina colada ($14.99) should've been the same as a gas station slushies price because there was no flavour or alchool In the drink. Wouldn't recommend it to a homeless person.

Went here to dine in…I had to stop someone to take our drink order. We got our drinks in about 15 minutes. Then after 30 minutes a waitress final Lu took our order. 5 minutes or so after she left another lady came to take our order. We explained that someone already did. She said , yeah she didn’t understand you! We left but best believe they made us pay for those soft drinks!
