Attempted to purchase two vanilla cones at 2:30am like I have done many nights before. The staff stated that “we don’t do cones this late” very aggressively. Unprovoked it was quite odd. They gave us substations but they had errors. 👎

Night shift- ordered person was kind of rude and didn't listen to what I ordered at all. She also spoke entirely too fast and I had no idea what she was saying, so I asked her to repeat herself and that made her frustrated. Not very good customer service

Well, the service wasn't great. The manager who handed us our food didn't even say a word to us. And also our mcflurry was half a cul, not even filled to the top, also the onions were not cooked on my mcRib. The whole experience was disappointing.

Ordered 6pc chicken nuggets, asked for sprite as my drink. Wasn’t asked if order was correct on screen, nonetheless when I THOUGHT I was getting a kids meal, and was informed I didn’t and wanted to add fries at the window, was told I couldn’t because I didn’t have exact cash after I was asked “did they review the screen for correction” and I replied no.. like it was suppose to “fix” something…. It was just annoying. Why ask questions if you aren’t going to accommodate or fix the issue….

I go to McDonald's for breakfast and lunch a few times each week. Always a pleasure.
I picked my son up a Happy Meal to take to Parent Lunch day at his school. When we were at school I opened it up and realized they only gave him fries and forgot to put the nuggets in. Lesson learned always check everything before I leave the window!!!

We sat there for almost 45 minutes and they overcharged and then left out a drink.Sat there another 10 minutes.They need to close that location if they have no help

Day shift is usually so nice and I’m always a happy camper when I leave. It’s EARLY morning shift (I’m guessing 3rd shift) is usually who I have a problem with at the window. I understand it’s late and you wanna go home (trust me. I work 3rd shift too) but being kind and making sure the customer gets all that they ordered is super important. One lady at the window just handed me my food and then shut the window, no “have a nice day” or “is there anything else I can help you with?” Then Last week another lady handed me my drink and when I was waiting for my food she looked at me funny. She asked if there was anything else and I told her about my food and she looked at me funny again. As if she didn’t believe me.
Overnight/early morning shift just needs to do better.
Food is overall 10/10 every time. The breakfast is always top notch though. Everyone who works during the afternoon needs a raise because they are always so nice and cheerful.
