I didn’t even want to give this a one star!! The kids working there are just down right rude!! I guess this is the McDonald’s way! Will never go to the one in Zebulon again! It needs to be shut down and an all NEW hire

Order is constantly missing items whether it's food, straws, utensils. Trying to get attention at the counter to fix the order is like calling a teenager with earbuds on max volume.

Almost always have amazing food, great service, usually pretty clean considering kids running everywhere making messes and people being in and out back to back, I will say the last time I went and I know this is kinda out of the places control, down the slide with my toddler, and turned around and there was a kid maybe 7-8 on all fours chasing after my toddler, scared her to death it was kinda funny but I don't recommend the play set unless there's no other kids there, it's not very safe in general things like this have happened multiple times not the exact same obviously but different variations of it lol, over all a great place to eat

At 4:58 a.m. on a Saturday, expectations were modest. I was pleasantly surprised: the drive-thru associate was professional and courteous, the service was efficient, and the food was served hot and prepared correctly.

Long lines every single time but the food is almost always hot and fresh Zebulon just needs a second location really!!

Doors were locked during lunch and the curbside pickup kept getting canceled after making an order the was only drive thru and it’s constantly packed at noon blocking cars to get out
