Should train the manager more. It is very rude to assume someone didn't pay. There's a polite way to ask customers. I always prefer to pay at the kiosk than to deal with an unfriendly cashier. This is the second time they did this to me, its probably because of my ethnicity. They didn't ask anyone else around me. Very disrespectful.

Courtesy training has noticeably been deleted from the on-boarding training docs...if ever was included. There has to be some type of reimplimenting before everything goes to the point of no return...culturally and socially thinking.

I have been going here 2 years I’ve always had great service and my order was always right. The last 3 times I have been here my orders have been wrong. I ordered the dozen cookies and they brought them out to me burnt! I have never had burnt cookies from McDonald’s before. My online order was messed up, howww? This is disappointing bc my 4 years old love’s what she calls Old McDonald’s. Uugghhh please do better.
Big location with lots of tables, kind staff, food was hot I cannot complain. Love the round booth style seating it felt new inside. Restrooms were clean and everything was ADA friendly including entrance and restrooms.

We tried to use a coupon on the kiosk, and it said offer not met. The offer required the order to be more then 15$, and the order was above 35. We pressed the help button to see if an employee would help us out but they never arrived, and the kiosk timed out and we had to put our order back in.
