Went here over the weekend, the guy with the glasses was messing with pizza dough no gloves came directly to the register handed me by pizza and went directly back to messing with the food without washing his hands. Pizza did look good and mostly have good pizza at this location

No stars. Some of the staff is rude. To the point I didnt even order any food but a guy delivering pizza was returning back to work and almost hit me in the side at a stop sign then speeding around the parking lot as I am going to Walmart for groceries. So ignorant and rude.

Papa John's always good. ordered the parmesan chicken bites , so tender and tasty made me wish I had gotten en two orders! the flavor was on point! Also got the New York crust pepperoni pizza, very tasty!

They made my pizza wrong. I had to call 4 different times to speak with manager, the first two times on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up. Last time he finally came to phone very nonchalant, very dissatisfied with this trip there

I am a pizza fanatic, so I'm always ordering pizza from different locations...I ordered a 3 cheese blend, Pepperoni and Italian sausage Pizza from papa johns in zebulon and the 1st pizza that was made had no regular portion cheese on it especially not a 3 cheese blend added. So the guy taken my money even agreed that it didn't have the 3 cheese blend added, but when the manager came out he argued me down that the blend of cheese was on there smh. Anyways he made me a new one, and the new one wasn't even cooked all the way through, IT WAS STILL DOUGHY. Smh. I was so discussed with there Attitude, that I just left. I will never go back to this location.

DISGUSTING!!! I got pizza, wings, and cheeseticks. The wings was okay. But the pizza and cheesticks barely had cheese. Both tasted rubbery, after 1 bite threw everything away. The manager never replies after I requested a refund. Idk who own this location but it's the worst Papa Johns I've ever been to!!!

I order pickup often from this location and my order is always right. Only complaint is I wish they cut their pizza more. It’s hard to tear apart most of the time.

The young lady at the front very friendly however I was disgusted the fact that the pizza maker hands and arms were hairy and I didn’t see one employee wash their hands but their nasty hairy hands was all over ever bit of the pizza dough and when I asked if they could wear gloves they said they didn’t have any it was very disgusting and disrespectful to watch them make pizza if it wasn’t for the young lady at the front kindnesses I would scored zero

Just ordered pizza tonight. It came cold and was delivered around 15 minutes later than estimated. The ordered was also not correct, apparently light on the sauce means heavy on the sauce in this location. This is the last time we will order anything for delivery from here.
