Took my husband for his birthday, he loves Pizza Hut. Doesn't love this one tho. Usually do takeout at Smithfield one, first & last time eating at this one. Think only 2 employees working today but not very busy. Salad bar - couldn't finish mine, no French dressing so tried Caeser. Not good. I ordered Big New Yorker Pepperoni Pizza. Worst one I've ever eaten. Very thin, dry, hardly any sauce or cheese & sprinkled with way too much of that yucky seasoning mix they've been adding. (At home tried washing it off & added sauce, cheese & pepperoni that I went & bought from store). Waiter never offered tea refills, asked if we needed anything, how was the food or brought check. Husband got a Supreme, not good. He says poorly made, no taste, barely any sauce & paid extra to add pineapple but hardly any on it. I worked at Pizza Hut many years ago & they sure have gone downhill. Seems sit down customers are unusual & almost a bother as so much of their business is now take-out.

Very clean atmosphere. Timothy was very help and encouraging .He is very professional. We sat in this location for the first time since renovations. We tried the deal with a personal pan and 4 boneless chicken pieces. We also enjoyed a salad. The salad bar was well stocked and cleaned. Items were fresh and plentiful. It was great. We will definitely return.

Our pizzas was horrible. The dough tasted sweet like part doughnut and part pizza dough. They also skimmed on the toppings. We ordered two 3 topping pizzas and it had very little cheese, a sprinkle of onions, mushrooms, and olives all for $30!😡 We felt we got ripped off. My husband submitted a complaint in the chat and requested a refund. He was told he would have to wait 3 business days.

The person that waited on us was awesome. They were actually the only person in the building doing anything. They were very cheerful and happy and he had the longest fake eyelashes on I’ve ever seen. They was awesome 😎 quick service and food was very good.

We had a great experience for a family dinner. The staff was friendly, and Pizza Hut tasted like Pizza used to. (If you know you know) I’m so glad they brought back the old recipe. We’re definitely going to do it more often. 4 of us ate and had plenty of leftovers for $40 with the tip. You don’t get that much anymore. Will definitely be going back.
