Went to the store in Zebulon, placed my order and was told to pull around the building. Sat outside for 30 min. Went inside and theu took my receipt and gave me a refund, no explanation, no apologies, NOTHING. WORST PLACE AROUMD!!!

This place is not worth the long wait or dealing with the childish employees. There was one car in front of me in the drive through and when it was my turn to order it took them about 5 minutes to ask me what I wanted. While I waited I could see a girl with the headset on in the back laughing with another employee. This establishment is poorly ran and they wait for food to run out before making more. I work in fast food and it’s not that hard a 4th grader could do it the fact that these grown adults and teenagers can’t is sad. Don’t even get me started on the 20 minute wait for the “fast food” and the attitude I received when I asked for my missing fries. Just save your time and go to the Bojangles they’re faster and have better customer service.

Every single time I come here, first one here mind you so I pull up in the first lane. They start to take my order than halfway threw cut me off to tell me to “hold on a moment” then I notice a car has pulled up in the second lane, so now they have completely switched over and started taking there order. So I wait for them to finish and come back to me… which they never do and just start taking orders in the second lane and leave me sitting there. I understand a mistake in headseats or something but this has happened to me THREE DIFFERENT TIMES! To the point I had to get out my car and go inside. Then everyone has an attitude with me like I did something wrong.. now I’m back and it has happened for the FOURTH TIME ! And I asked if something was wrong maybe with the first lane and they said no.

This is my first time stopping at this location. And the food was excellent. The wait time was not long. There were quite a few cars at this time of the afternoon. I was surprised they took my order and got it correct like I said the wait time was not long the chicken Was hot fresh the crunchies chicken I’ve had in a long time and I got the white meat spicy. I am so happy I stopped here today. Y’all keep up the good work. The red beans and rice were excellent locations. The beans are just so dried up and then they put too much rice, no complaints here

Parking: Nice, clean, spacious parking lot no problem with parking.

Just don’t get the to-go or check the to-go box before you leave. You might get some real dry pieces in the box.

I was so excited when a Popeyes (my fast food guilty pleasure) opened up close to home. Unfortunately, the place is the absolute worst run establishment I've ever seen. And there's a terrible KFC just down the street. The staff here make incompetence an Olympic sport. I have yet to receive an order in less than 20 minutes. I keep thinking, "maybe this time will be better" and they find new depths of stupidity each time. Today, the spicy tenders were a 3 minute wait at the drive thru. Keep in mind, were the ONLY car there. They ask us to pull around. 8 minutes later, still no food. I go inside. Well, the spicy tenders are done, but they sold all the mild tenders while waiting for the spicy. So then I had to wait for those. I watch as they keep serving fries until the fry bin is gone. The mild tenders finally finish, but now they're out of fries. If they'd just made what they could of my order, I'd have been out in 3 minutes. But once again they found a creative new way to waste 20 minutes of my life. Dudes, Bojangles is right across the street. There can be 20 cars in line and I'll still be out faster than your empty drive thru. Be better. It's not rocket science.

Let me just start off with that the food is always hot, crispy, and fresh - so there's no issue there. My only problem is that whenever I order from the app, for some reason they don't start making the food until you get there. Once you get there you have to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. All three times that I've been to this location there was little to no other customers at the location, all three times were later at night. I don't understand the purpose of even having an app to order food ahead of time. The app even asks what time you want it ready and what not.

Like I said, everything else is great, but the service definitely needs work.

Honestly, this was one of the best interactions I've had regarding customer service in a very long time. My cashier/order take was attentive, friendly, courteous, and helpful! He was super nice and truly a great young man. I overheard other staff talking while I waited and the conversation was all positive & no negativity in sight!!! This was a superr refreshing taste for me!! Goooo Popeyes!!!!

If the customer asks for no mayo do not put mayo on the sandwich this has happened a few times at this location and once the chicken was under cooked. 0 stars

Didn’t get what I ordered, upcharged me for stuff I didn’t even get, doubled charged on drinks, was sitting outside waiting for order for 20-30 minutes. went inside to see what was taking so long had to wait even longer as they had everything out and ready to pack but didn’t even start until I said my name, after waiting about 20-30 minutes , NEVER coming back, 0/10

I ordered the blackened chicken tenders. They explain they made them to order and asked me to pull around. That was not a problem. However, the tenders themselves were thin, had no chicken flavor, and although they were covered with spices, they were not spicy. It was literally like eating a new cook’s burnt chicken. Meanwhile across the street, Bojangles had a line of cars circling the building. Third try’s a charm — I wont be back.

I came last night to sit and ordered me some food. The food was delicious. But out of nowhere I heard an older lady in a black shirt screaming at another manager I am assuming. The lady in black was being so hateful to the employee. I don't feel very comfortable having to experience this in a fast food restaurant. The other employee I think you handled the situation the best way you could. I don't think that people in black shirts should be yelling at nobody. It's not professional. I will never come back. And I will let my friends and family know what happened. To the employee. Thank you for the wonderful customer service that you give everyday.
