Poor service at this location. My order was incorrect so I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru to try to get a order corrected only to receive a refund. The cashier was rude and dismissive handling the situation. Disappointing experience.

Manager or whoever the rude white lady that drives the old jeep and takes up first stall has a horrible attitude. By far the most unprofessional worker I have encountered. She needs to be retrained ASAP! I don’t appreciate her yelling and threatening me.

There’s no real reason to order what you want because you won’t get it. There’s always something missing or something was made wrong. But this last time nothing was right. Since I always order on the app. My conclusion is nobody here knows how to read🤷🏻♂️.

The food usually tastes fine, but I’ve had sooooo many wrong orders here. I always mobile order because it’s easier than waiting there longer with my baby in the car and don’t usually eat anything until we get home. I don’t like to complain and don’t want to drag my son along to wait for a remake, so I usually just deal with the orders being wrong and eat it anyway. But there’s been too many wrong orders at this point. Today I ordered the super sonic burrito which is decently sized and has diced onion, egg, jalapeño, sausage, shredded cheese, tots, and tomato for $5.39. The burrito I ended up being given was a tiny little burrito with egg, bacon, and cheese.

Zebulon’s Sonic is beyond horrible. Today was my absolute time ever going there. I have to believe what happened today had to be on purpose. There was TRASH on my burger. Not figurative, literal! The bread tag (plastic object) was on my burger. The bread was hard. It may have been over toasted. The quality of the food was very below standard. The fries were old. There was an extra piece of meat. Not a whole patty. Literal pieces. I’m so done.

Update 9/05, it took 20 minutes after order and paid to get food...which as 2 burgers and onions rings.... They used to be a place to go... Now they never have onion rings, rarely take app orders, and are slow, slow slow. The outdoor tables are dirty... Wish they had WiFi..

I pay for extra strawberries in a route 44 fruit slush and I don't get it, manager comes out and says we add extra but I can see it's not extra.. something so very small to do they make it hard.

Took the family out to get milkshakes. Once we ordered 3 milkshakes and a large onion ring after about 3 minutes the screen said that the food was on the way. We were quite surprised at how fast it was going, but then we waited at least 10 minutes after it said it was on the way. Then when she get’s to my car she is missing the onion rings. She goes back and about 5 minutes later she finally comes back with the onion rings. When we pull off my wife says that there are literally 5 onion rings in the bag. So i just paid $5+tax for 5 freaking onion rings, just wow! Once we arrived home my son pulls a hair out of his mouth from the milkshake he was eating. What an absolute waste of $21. We will never be returning to this establishment. Disgusting
