Our Sunday dinner wasn't impressive at all for a quick stop. We decided to dine at the tables outside because of the pretty weather, and relax after a day out but we had to ask for half of our order that was forgotten, a drink, sauces; all of which we ordered with our meal. The food did not taste fresh, as if it had been made earlier. We most likely will not be returning to this location.

Ordered food in the drive thru at 748...its 805. Got our food and missing items after he told us he was waiting on fries at 756. All I see through the window is them playing and cussing. 2 cars. Nobody in front of us. I pull back up and hes like what's the problem then tells us we have to wait even longer for fries. Finally leave at 808. Just ridiculous. Our sonic blast are melted. Food is ice cold. Waste of $20+ dollars. Food is horrific.

I ordered a strawberry banana milkshake. When the worker came out with my “milkshake” I thought it was too good to be true because for the first time in forever it came out fast as hell, but it was literally melted already. When I went to ask for it to be remade, the person who made it seemed upset at the request.

The last few times we've been here the fries and tots are awful. Tastes like old oil they're frying them in. ? Gave it another shot. Waited 15 minutes for them to take my order. (There were only 4 other cars) then they forgot 1 of my drinks. She tells me there wasn’t any other drinks but then checks the receipt. So I Start handing out food in the car and realize they forgot a burger as well. After finally receiving the 3rd drink I tell her I’m missing a burger. She starts looking in my car…! Ma’am, I just spent 45.00 + tip on 3 meals, I have no reason to lie about a missing burger. Then she tells me there wasn’t another burger. Checks the receipt again and goes back in. Comes out a few minutes later with my missing burger in a bag, but proceeds to 2 other cars before coming back to me. No apology, no napkins, almost melted milkshakes. Just ridiculous for the price Sonic charges for items.

The food was good but the service was extremely s l o w. It's been this way for years. I don't know what's going on with management but something has to change. If you're going to make a paid customer wait at least give a free fry or upgrade their meal or give a coupon with a free hot dog( I've gotten one in the past years ago) No one should wait up to 40 minutes for a Double hamburger combo with no cars in the drive thru.

This may be one of the largest burgers outside of Texas, juicy, full of unexpected flavors, courteous staff (a HUGE PLUS), fries are child sized, lemonade a bit much with sugar (possibly southern sweet), overall who would have known Sonic had the science of burgers!! Sonic Zebulon, NC is on our list of fast food treats! Keep up the good work management, admin staff and restaurant employees!!
Food is cold, old, and disgusting no matter when you go. Service is terrible-slow, inattentive, unfathomable, etc. They should really shut this location down and have a do-over! ?
In response to Owners feedback--I was so disgustingly disappointed with my experience that sharing it with the franchise, as the feedback noted, was the first thing I did. Yet, to no avail. However, even if the company doesn't care, I think customers should know what they'll most likely experience if they choose to waste their money, time, and palate at this location. STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!
