Was charged twice on June 9th. Just got my statement and saw this. I called the manager today. I was told it wasn't their problem and to contact corporate. I've looked and tried over 11 times today to call or email corporate. It is literally impossible to reach, was disconnected twice by computer, and absolutely no email information. I'm very pissed. I want a refund or a credit on my next order. Can anyone out there tell me how to reach headquarters??????? I rate ZERO STARS..........

I bought 3 sandwiches, I was very disappointed with the amount of meat put on the sandwiches, thin sliced one row each of salami and pepperoni, barely tasted the meat, lots of lettuce and veggies.

One of the workers, an older lady, yelled at me across the room for grabbing a bag of chips off the rack because I didn’t know there were chips in my bag from my mobile order and then proceeds to glare at me as I walked away from the chip rack. Any normal person would calmly say “ma’am there are already chips in your bag”. Y’all lucky I'm still being delivered because she most definitely would’ve heard my mouth in there if I was the me a year ago. Hire people who know how to act accordingly in a professional work place.

never in my 20 + years of being in this area have i ever had such a rude encounter. The ladies here are RUDE and VIAL. They constantly made comments and rude remarks trying to start fights. They got our order wrong and charged us extra, when we tried to explain she got defensive and said that it wasn’t their problem. They were being RACIST and saying RACIST comments, assuming our race and saying nasty comments like “you made such a mess” and “you probably made such a mess in the bathroom too”, and afterwards flipping us off. Do not recommend coming here unless you want to be judged on ur own skin color, which is funny since it was coming from black women.

Would leave a zero star review if I could. Employee absolutely freaked out over a small amount of mud falling off my shoes onto the floor. I apologized and she continued to harass me over and over again. My friend had to refill his drink and walked back across the store and she had a fit. Absolutely disgusting behavior I will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know to go to the other subway in town.

I just ordered items on the app and will probably never do it again. It seems like if you order anything through an app, you never get the same experience like you do if you order in person. The pepperoni and cheese dipper and the chicken and cheese dipper that I ordered were not prepared correctly, they look like a flatbread sandwich instead of a snack dipper as shown in their picture at the store and in the app. And the subway club sandwich that I ordered seemed like it had a half a squeeze tube bottle of mayo on it and it was not cut in half.

Horrible customer service, employees used inappropriate language with me. I asked for fresh lettuce due to the lettuce that was out bring brown. Currently pregnant and just asked for fresh lettuce. Would not recommend this location at all!

Do not go to this Subway if you live in Zebulon. I ordered a BLT and Ham sandwiches, and just before I got to putting vegetables on them, I noticed the some of the tomatoes were rotten. Granted, I made the mistake of having the tomatoes on my BLT anyway as I really wanted them, but one of the tomatoes when the sandwich maker put them onto it immediately had small black dots on it.

I did removed it afterward, but when I got to filling my drinks, one drink turned out fine but the other one got to the point the Coke turned watery. What made it worse is just before, I tried putting ice on the second drink and the ice was covered in unknown black spots. At that point, I forgot my ham sandwich was supposed to have bacon and egg on it as well.

I understood that it would cost but 6 dollars was too steep, especially with the health code violations on this establishment I just witnessed. I left afterwards, getting the bacon and egg was not worth it. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were nice at first, but grew agitated when I messed up putting the veggies onto the subs and then with the bacon and egg. If you do want to get Subway, I recommend the other Subway in-town in the local Walmart.
