Just now noticing 2.9 stars so I’m not shocked. Waited behind 3 orders while waiting someone came back with a hair in there taco. My order was completed wrong. I took their mistake back in, to hear that I was wrong. lol. Ordered online. Now mind you this individual appeared to have all of 3 brain cells and I needed to use all 3. Bless there heart. Down hill in a hand basket.

Zebulon, NC Absolute worst Taco Bell ever! Didn't get the order correct, no beans for burritos so had to choose something else and the chalupas were so hard they stabbed my husband's gums when he took a bite. 6 items cost us $43!! Out of the 6 items ordered two items are too hard to eat & two items are not the correct items. Will not be returning.

I came here for the first time and HIGHLY regretted it. No lie, I sat in the drive through for 18 minutes! There was 3 cars in front of me. I kept getting stuck every time I wanted to leave the line. Slow speed and turned me off from ever returning.

Dirty surroundings with almost every table having some kind of detritus on it. Store was completely out of napkins and half the sodas were out. Ordered a taco box and it took 15 MINUTES to make.
I was on a road trip, so I didn't know any better. Now I do. Go to the pizza place across the parking lot or something instead of here.
