I am a DoorDash Guy And every time I come to this particular location, they don’t greet the DoorDash is hell they don’t greet customers And every time I go in there to pick up a order I’m in there waiting 15 to 30 minutes. Do you see how small this bag is? It is no way that that in a drink should ever take 17 minutes or more. They need immediate help like decades ago. Even the GM walks right past you without saying anything.. But the job seems like a vacation and not a job. How do you have a whole place full of workers And not one person has common sense or awareness for a customer service. When I say by far, the worst place I have ever been to as a customer or a Dasher I really mean it. Corporate needs to come down here and retrain these guys.

Every week after my daughter's horse riding lesson we have made it a tradition to stop by taco bell(her favorite thing to eat) for dinner. This one is on the way home so makes sense to stop here. But for the past 5 weeks straight they have gotten my order wrong, not even half full cheese cups that cost $1, missing items or just cold food. It's been very disappointing but I continued to keep trying in hopes I get the right crew working and it'll be better. Tonight I decided to try the Taco Bell in Youngsville and I must say it was amazing service and quality was on point for me. I will not be going back to this zebulon location. Take notes Zebulon the first pic is Zebulons cup of cheese. The other two pix are from the Youngsville location :)

Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru and was told to wait around the front. After sitting “out front” for over 10 minutes, I went inside to get my food. Got home and portion sizes in 2 items were unacceptably small. 3 additional items were burnt to a crisp and completely inedible. I am not one to typically leave reviews, but this was completely unacceptable and a total waste of money. Will not be returning to this Taco Bell.

Terrible establishment. These people have absolutely nothing. I tried to order breakfast, no breakfast. Ordered a deluxe box, they claim they also don't have the box....which includes cinnamon twist, two tacos and a burrito. HOW DONT YOU HAVE TACOS AND BURITTIOS??? WHY IS THIS PLACE EVEN OPEN???

Not the best Taco Bell for dine-in. The meat in my tacos was cold as were the shells and tortillas. A young couple turned over a full cup of drink which spilled all over the woman and the floor. They were embarrassed and were trying to get it cleaned up quickly. The employees behind the counter and in the dining room emptying the trash cans did not lift a finger to help clean it up. They didn't even offer a mop. It took about hundreds of napkins to get the spill cleaned up. Some of the other diners helped but not the employees.

I went through the drive thru last night 5/23/25 an they got my order wrong I been trying to call they all day but no answer this is ridiculous I'm very upset an plus they didn't give me a receipt

This is an updated post. I ate inside today. The food was good. The service has improved greatly. Not many people eating inside today at 2 pm.

Tends to ignore customers at the pick-up. Forgetful of food/sauce occasionally, you should check before leaving.

My meal was nearly $10 and it looks like they literally threw it in there and just threw it in the bag and they didn’t give me the sauce I asked for. The food wasn’t cold atleast.
