Not the best Taco Bell for dine-in. The meat in my tacos was cold as were the shells and tortillas. A young couple turned over a full cup of drink which spilled all over the woman and the floor. They were embarrassed and were trying to get it cleaned up quickly. The employees behind the counter and in the dining room emptying the trash cans did not lift a finger to help clean it up. They didn't even offer a mop. It took about hundreds of napkins to get the spill cleaned up. Some of the other diners helped but not the employees.

I went through the drive thru last night 5/23/25 an they got my order wrong I been trying to call they all day but no answer this is ridiculous I'm very upset an plus they didn't give me a receipt

This is an updated post. I ate inside today. The food was good. The service has improved greatly. Not many people eating inside today at 2 pm.

Tends to ignore customers at the pick-up. Forgetful of food/sauce occasionally, you should check before leaving.

My meal was nearly $10 and it looks like they literally threw it in there and just threw it in the bag and they didn’t give me the sauce I asked for. The food wasn’t cold atleast.

So waited for 20 minutes for my food than they completely messed up my order. I think I got someone else food. I was suppose to get to beef tacos supremes without lettuce and I got two chicken tacos without cheese and with lettuce.

Food is what you'd expect from a combo KFC Taco Bell. But, it's afflicted with the same problem as other Zebulon fast food restaurants - low energy help. Waited 20 minutes after arriving to pick up an order made on the mobile app - should have gone through the drive thru, which operates at adequate speed.

Grim... I went in the afternoon and they were having an employee meeting and no one got up from their meeting to serve me without asking and then it took a half an hour to get a really bad meal.

Dorito taco was the worst I ever ate. No hardly any meat or cheese. Got unsweetened tea instead of sweet. No wonder this place has a 3 star rating. Management needs to step up. And make yourself like other Taco Bell.
I ordered the family pack with tacos and burritos. They really got over on me. The tacos have almost nothing in them and the burritos have no meat just beans!!!😡

The facility is located in a small building near other facilities for fast foods... friendly staff during our visit and clean atmosphere. Our order were a little of as we requested and our ticket reflected steak.... however, the meal was served with chicken.......plenty of parking and plenty of food options between the two menu's of KFC and Taco Bell.

Just now noticing 2.9 stars so I’m not shocked. Waited behind 3 orders while waiting someone came back with a hair in there taco. My order was completed wrong. I took their mistake back in, to hear that I was wrong. lol. Ordered online. Now mind you this individual appeared to have all of 3 brain cells and I needed to use all 3. Bless there heart. Down hill in a hand basket.
