So disappointed this morning when I tried to reorder what I always get, the main part of my meal is obviously no longer available. Why has country ham been removed from the menu???? You can’t call and get in touch with them and now this!! I’m done with this place 🤬🤬🤬

Zero stars !!!! Placed an $40 order online and was told it would be ready at 12:15. My son was there at 12:00 to pick it up. It is 1:00 now and still isn’t ready!!! Worst service ever. I wouldn’t waste my time ordering from there. They also do not have a direct phone line that you can actually speak to someone! That says alot about a restaurant. To many complaints that they don’t want to address!!!

We always love going to waffle house and this time was no different. Our server was super nice and even gave my kids a whole plate of pickles on the side. Definitely recommended.

Placed an order for pickup and it took an extra 30 mins for TWO waffles. It was packed so the online ordering should have reflected that. But the biggest reason for terrible review is the red head curly hair kid. He was Weird and constantly commenting on my looks and insulting people. Do better.

We love Waffle House in Zebulon, NC! Service is friendly where they treat you like family, manager, food preparers and servers treat you like they want to be treated, food is always fresh, hot and cooked just the way we ordered and the cleanliness is excellent! Highly recommend checking them out!

If you’re a WH person this location is your go to! Super friendly staff and one of the cleanest locations I’ve ever been to. Manager was super nice too! Will definitely return!

This is a first to be charged a service fee of $1.60, 10 - 20% tip, and then the tax. That be over $5.00 in charges after the cost of the item. I don't know if the service charge is per person or per order. And I don't know whether that charge is percentages based on the order amount. Anyway, a waffle with 3 sausage patties and 3 slices of bacon came to $20 and some change. No eggs were included. This may have been my last visit here. This is treading in gourmet breakfast price-wise. I don't think the Waffle House have gourmet chefs.

The food was good and made fast but the service was subpar. The restaurant was dirty and the atmosphere wasn't the best with the music being loud. Overall not a bad place for breakfast.
They made us slimy watery eggs !!! I have never had eggs like that in my life. I have never experienced a Waffle House so nasty!!!!

We stopped here for food on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 11:30 pm. The place was half full, with a staff of 4 working. We sat at a table for 30 minutes without being acknowledged by the staff. No one took our order, not even for drinks. No one even said "We'll be with you in a minute." NOTHING.
Except, as we were leaving, having given up on the place, two of the three staff said "Have a good night." I won't post my reply.
