Literally the slowest Waffle House i have ever been to. Places an online order, and drove 20 minutes. Got here, was told my order still wasn’t ready. I wanted for an additional 20 minutes only to find out they still had not begun making my order. There was a young lady calling out people orders completely out of wack , and several people got served prior to me.
Management needs a better system to get these order out.

Val is so sweetie!!! i love her generosity + how respectful and sweet is she was, especially when it came down to my grandpa she took her time and even spoke in Spanish to him allowing him to understand her. she was very helpful with my mom choosing a variety in the kids meal for my little brother. I also realized she wasn’t just as helpful with us but with everyone around. she made sure everyone else was okay and greeted everyone as soon as she seen people enter!!

After sitting for quite some time I'm guessing about 15 to 20 minutes we finally had someone wait on us (my mother and I were at the bar so we were very visible.) my mom ordered I ordered eggs and grits and bacon with buttered toast.. while I'm waiting a roach decided to make an appearance and walk directly across the bar or my mother and I sat brought it to the attention of a server which promptly picked up the napkin dispenser where the roach had decided to hide under, then promptly took the sugar dispenser and commenced to smashing it about trying to kill the roach with it, finally after numerous attempts the server successfully dispatched the roach ! My mother and I were totally grossed out

Went on a Sunday morning and they were crazy busy but very well staffed so it all went pretty smoothly. The crew were all super friendly, too. And Waffle House food is always delicious.

Had to wake server up to take order ordered a grits bowl to go and then she is going to tell me when I ask for a fork that they didn’t have any y’all up charge 20% on togos and can’t stock plastic ware I bout threw my bowl on y’all’s floor. Tighten up Waffle House. Y’all done lost a customer over shitty service

Great food and great atmosphere. It was a little busy so our server only came by a few time, but really nice.
So disappointed this morning when I tried to reorder what I always get, the main part of my meal is obviously no longer available. Why has country ham been removed from the menu???? You can’t call and get in touch with them and now this!! I’m done with this place 🤬🤬🤬

Zero stars !!!! Placed an $40 order online and was told it would be ready at 12:15. My son was there at 12:00 to pick it up. It is 1:00 now and still isn’t ready!!! Worst service ever. I wouldn’t waste my time ordering from there. They also do not have a direct phone line that you can actually speak to someone! That says alot about a restaurant. To many complaints that they don’t want to address!!!

We always love going to waffle house and this time was no different. Our server was super nice and even gave my kids a whole plate of pickles on the side. Definitely recommended.
