Popular, economical and traditional
Only 2 lanes open..and 4 to 5 people on the 2 lanes..carts full....cashiers are not friendly...and you can't find anyone to help you..
One of the most friendliest staff members of many Walmart Supercenters ever visited! Keep up the pleasant atmosphere management and team!

Quick in and out today at Zebulon NC Walmart... without using self/ check, which I don't like. At least 12 lanes... hopefully open all for the holidays.
Not enough cashiers!!!
It's walmart! Decent prices for some things but where else ya gonna go :D
Walmart is where I and my family use to shop. I used to love shopping there. However, the store is appears dirty now, customer service poor, lack of mobile carts and the ones they have are old, dirty and falling apart. The employees have an I don't care attitude.

Sensational service and overall display
I always love to shop at Walmart, the store in Zebulon NC is a great store and I love shopping there. My Walmart in Dunn, Edwin NC, doesn't have as much stuff as the Walmart in Zebulon NC
I love coming to this location simply because of the people! But what really ticks my buttons about this place and others stores as well . I’m 100% sure every hardworker & work , is unappreciated . I’ve watched this sweet young lady up front bust her tail to make sure she keeps things running smoothly but Im pretty sure like most stores , she gets no thank u or appreciation ! I’ve seen this young lady all this week because I’ve seen her the 3 times I’ve visited this week. I spoke with her & simply just wanted to tell her thank u and how awesome she was . I watched her check on her cashiers and make sure they’ve had break or simply concerned about their wellbeing! I’m not sure if she’s a member of management or not . The cashiers were addressing her as team lead So I’m assuming that must be some type of management. All I’m getting at with this review is , management stop & take time to meet & thank your employees !
Not a good experience today. There were only 2 registers open with long lines, one of them trying to close and of course the self check out line that was backed up. The employees I approached were not willing to get anyone upfront to help. Instead, they just referred me to the other open check out and the self checkout. Also the poor cashier at the register with the light off was trying to leave apparently to either go home or go on break but customers were continously going into her line. None of the managers were anywhere to help. One customer had to raise his voice twice to get attention asking for help and they finally got another register open and came to help the cashier. Very poor customer service..
Online order pickup took 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone so we could check in then another 15 minutes for them to bring out the order. Horrible place don't go here.
