The monster sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. My family got Burgers, chicken tenders and fries and everyone loved it.
Highly recommend!!!

What am I missing here? Philly cheesesteak had hardly any meat - was legit Steak’ems few slices of thin meat and super flat. Extremely salty. Corn nuggets were good. I had heard prices were good but that’s outdated. I paid $16+ dollars cash for cheesesteak, corn nuggets and can of soda. That’s a lot of money for what I got

Food is mediocre at best... Roast beef is cheap slab meat... Turkey was paper thin on half and super thick.. the cook doesn't care how your meal turns out and it's obvious

I've never been to Mike's Chuckwagon, but I feel compelled to write this post about the people who work there. The world needs more people like the folks at Mike's Chuckwagon, and here's why: My daughter and her family live near Mike's Chuckwagon, which is about a 10-minute drive south of Hendersonville, and just south of Asheville. When hurricane Helene rolled through North Carolina, we lost contact with my daughter. I live in Florida, and when we began to see in the news and social media the heartbreaking videos of the horrendous flooding, and then landslides, going on in the area, I and the rest of my family and friends became deeply concerned about the safety of my daughter, granddaughter, and son-in-law. Although one's head may know one's child is likely ok, the emotions, especially for a momma bear, nonetheless begin an intense wrestling match. A friend of mine saw my post about my concern for my kids on social media, and he took it upon himself to jump on top of the matter, and he started calling businesses near my daughter's house to see if we could get any news about flooding in the area. The only one that answered was Mike's Chuckwagon, which, I learned, was operating via a generator. The woman who answered the phone, Jenny, not only told us there was limited flooding in the area, she offered to drive over to my daughter's house, if she could get through, to see if my children were okay and to let my daughter know we were worried about them and just wanted to make sure they were safe. We want to thank Jenny, and Mike's Chuckwagon, for her kindness. My daughter did call me and they are safe. Jenny gave us peace of mind while we awaited news of the safety of my daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. Mike's Chuckwagon is a business which deserves your business, so please support them.
