We had stopped for dinner on our way to Montana with our large group. Tappers Kettle had plenty of room to accommodate us.It was a great stop there kids and our dad enjoyed looking at all the memorabilia. The food was great! I had their southwest chicken salad and it was really good!Service was good they were very attentive, filled drinks when needed. Overall a great pit stop for us while traveling.

Absolutely love the trappers kettle. I have eaten here 3 times now and look forward to many more...I like looking at the animals inside and my boyfriend is an avid trapper so him seeing the trappers is an added bonus..I also read the stuff in the hall and it was interesting reading about

The place hasn't changed in 40 years the same old school look of appearances The food and service was addiquiet the nik-nak souvenir shop addiquiet I like that they offer overnight horse boarding stalls for a fee for those transitting through with Ponys .

The service was a bit slow...looked to me like they had one waitress covering everything, where 2 for the amount of people the morning of 10/9/2023 would have been better. That being said, the gal attending us all was friendly and doing the best she could be expected to under the strain. This was my first time here. The restaurant was clean, homey, and the food quite delicious. I am looking forward to trying lunch at a future opportunity.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family-friendly establishment

Food, meh. I stopped for lunch and ordered an omelette, took nearly an hour for food to arrive. It was NOT busy, just a careless cook. Avoid if you're in a hurry.
