This review is for the food truck. Had the loaded fries which consists of french fries, Mac and cheese and brisket. It was very salty but after a while the Mac and cheese ballqnced the salty fries. Then ordered the burger and the burger was so salty we couldn't finish it unfortunately. Sucks but it's likely we won't get it again.

Stopped while on a long road trip. They served a delicious burger and the waitress was exceptional. Atmosphere and cleanliness was not great. Staff was chatting in hallway, sitting on crates, when walked to bathroom. Maybe it’s just a small town local expectation. I would return as there were not many choices and food was delicious.

A friend and I stopped by for lunch around 1:00 on a week day. There was one other customer.The decor is fire fighter themed. It's tastefully done I thought.It's a pretty decent sized eatery and we seated ourselves. Our waitress was right there with menus, asking if we wanted anything to drink. (they do have beer and wine according to the pamphlets at the table)The menu though! If you like smoked meats and brisket it's going to be hard to choose! Everything looked so darned good!We finally settled on a brisket, lettuce and tomato sandwich. My friend had the smoked ham and cheese, while I had the sweet potato fries. Everything was perfect! The mac & cheese was gooey but not dry and t-a-s-t-y! My sweet potato fries were hands down the best I've ever had. We received our food quickly.The only drawbacks were one, the street out front was seriously chewed up with big equipment working - makes parking a little tricky. And it's fly season, (ugh) and there were two or three really making pests of themselves. Everything else was terrific!

I have to admit I was a little disappointed with this place. A local recommended it. It was good, but not great. It was over priced and the serving sizes are small. I ordered a piece of carrot cake for desert. It was a mini Bundt cake and I think it was a spice cake you warm up in the microwave. It wasn't very good and it was $8.00. Like I said, food is good, not great, serving sizes are small, and the food is overpriced for what you get. I was a little disappointed.
Place was quiet for lunch on a Wednesday which was nice for my dad and I to go there for lunch. Have never eaten here, but was truly impressed! Burgers and fries were delicious, cooked thoroughly and the service was awesome! Will definitely be stopping by again in the near future.
