Best Mexican food in town

Kota Eugene

Being from Texas, I am constantly searching for a good authentic Mexican dish. I tried this place for the first time today, and had the Torta Asada and it was AMAZING. Definitely going to become a regular

First & foremost, I just wanted to whole heartedly thank you. For everything! I came into Aides Kitchen, extremely last minute. It was a Friday morning around 10am, to request catering for Sunday at 2:30pm. Which is roughly 52 hours in advance, which to me, is very short notice.. however, Aides Kitchen was extremely happy and friendly to help. (I do not recommend order catering in such notice, I did and will forever apologize for that !! But this mama appreciated it immensely!!) I ordered Chicken, Steak and Barbacoa, beans, rice, salsas and tortillas; both home-made and regular bulk. (I didn’t know until last minute they offer homemade ones, definitely will be returning for those!!!) Let me just say, from the extremely friendly and accurate customer service, to the food, and everything in between, I am very very very impressed with Aides Kitchen. Aides Kitchen is an authentic, hidden gem in which I hope stays locally to Bismarck for quite sometime. (Or while I am here to say the least!!) You guys are exceptional. Some of the BEST rice I have EVER had !! It left me thinking about it for days, lol! Seriously. We are still eating on the leftovers and it tastes as fresh as day one. The carne, so flavorful! My personal favorite. Chicken was good too! The Barbacoa was such a hit I didn’t even get to taste it!! But I’ll take the guests words on it. To put things simply, if you ever are craving authentic, delicious food where you are greeted with a smile, i definitely recommend trying Aides Kitchen! Thank you so much for everything, truly from the bottom of my heart!!

Good food. They’re just starting out and making the best of their business. Working together to provide amazing food. Would love to see them grow into a larger building where you can sit down and enjoy their food while it is hot.
