Your food made my 5 year old get gastroenteritis. I had ordered the chicken tenders and fries. When we got home, he said daddy my stomach hurts now he's having diarrhea and vomiting. Please make sure your food is fresh and your employees wash their hands for your customers sake and the employees.

Not sure why your staff feels the need to “hang out” by the wall by the bar and gawk at customers. This is the second time we have been here within this past month and both times I’ve noticed how the staff lingers there. It’s a tacky look. Stay out of sight if you’re not working. The last time we were here, we sat for 7 minutes waiting for someone to wait on us. Instead, they all stood by the wall watching. I took pictures, but not sharing yet.

Walked in to not feel very welcomed by the young hostess greeting. We chose to sit at the bar, to which we waited several minutes(not busy) to be asked what we wanted to drink. Our waitress/bartender Belinda had long gross nails?? and once again we felt like an inconvenience. Sticky bar and noticed she was mia as another co worker had to come make his own drinks. Somehow we got our food before the couple who had been already seated before us…do better Applebees

The food was overcooked, the portions were unusually small and uneven. The server only came by when we were ready to leave and brought the check with no offer for drink refills.
I had boubon street steak..it had way too much garlic on it..they were granules and awful..never had before , actually never had garlic at all before, like that so must of been the cook..please train them better..but they did switch it out to a salad and half sandwich which was very good..i did notice the prices have soared since i last visited

I had fish and chips for lunch while meeting a friend. Staff was very courteous and polite. They projected an attitude of I care about you and my job. Service was quicker than expected. Fish was a high quality.I had a very good lunch very reasonably priced.

The server sat us down at a dirty table an told us that the tables varnish was coming off an that's why the table was sticky. An when I asked for a rag to clean it myself we were told no. There's a thick layer of grime that scrapes off the table.
