Made my order thru the drive thru! Got my sandwich done half right! Ordered Dbl Classic & Swiss got a Regular and paid for that size which wasn't a big problem! My issue was watching 2 employees reach out the drive thru window petting a dog in the customer aheof me and conversing for approximately 10 minutes! And when I came up to window person never left and washed hands! 😒

Good food for a fast food place. Using the app was a great benefit with free items. The place is usually quite clean, even the bathrooms. Love the cherry turnovers!

Went through the drive thru. The employee was snappy, rude and on his cell phone with his back turned to us against the drive thru window. Another employee came from the back to bring us our food. We had the deep fried Turkey sandwichs...Gobbler and Club, highly recommend !!! We will choose a different location for our next order.

Warning! Do NOT waste money on a Jamocha shake at Arbys on State Street! I just bought one and it has no chocolate or coffee flavor at all! When I complained the drive through employee just said “sorry they are coming out really light lately”. That means they keep selling them even though they know they’re bad. No offer to refund or substitute. I paid $4.00 for a cup of vanilla soft serve! ??

Enjoy the orange cream shake. Different than other fast food restaurants. The condiment and napkin counter was clean and well stocked. Very friendly waiter.
Just a quick bite before heading back to the Hotel... Arby's is always on point! Food was good and hot and tasty as well! Went through the drive thru so I'm unsure of the atmosphere inside the place.
