I love auntie Ann’s I go about once a month about 2 year ago the discontinued my favorite pretzel about six months later they discontinued another great pretzel and they are never open

Haven’t been to an auntie Anne’s since I lived in Maryland. I don’t live in Bismarck but it’s the only auntie Anne’s I know of. And it’s never open!! And they don’t give accurate hours/post there hours.

When you get something from there it is good, but it's 1pm and have been waiting for an hour and they aren't open. So they should probably let their hours be known or should be under new management.
Waited in line for 30 minutes as the worker ignored the line for 20 minutes. Then denied my pickup order, because she doesn’t have enough, does refund it, but has the pretzel dogs ready on the counter… terrible service watch out for the blonde lady with glasses. Will be calling

Terrible customer service. I know it’s young kids working but they need to treat customers with more respect and stop acting like the customers are a burden. Never felt so unwelcome at a business before todays experience.

Showed up at 6:14 pm on a Friday, mall closes at 8 pm and they refused to serve us when there was other people in line. Not sure how you expect to make money if you don’t serve your customers.And don’t mind the fact that there were PLENTY of pretzels left in the window. Pathetic experience.
Location moved to free standing booth of kids playground. Was closed at 6pm when I was there.
