Picked up some donuts to go very tasty and full of flavor! Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't been!

For the record I don't have any allergies or anything so for those interested I'm sure the staff are able to help you find a donut for you to enjoy!

Bearscat was handing out Halloween coloring sheets to kids. They told my daughters that if they complete the coloring sheet they would get a free donut when they brought the sheet back in. They were excited, colored the sheets over the weekend. We returned the sheets this morning and were told that they get a token for a free donut to use on their next visit. But that they would make an exception this time but not in the future. My 9 and 6 year old daughters looked up at me like what? If you are going to have color contest and give out a donut to kids for participating. GIVE THEM A DONUT, not some token to garner more business. It is terrible practice and i hope the owners consider changing this practice.

Gluten free doughnuts available.

Dietary restrictions: They bake fresh gluten free cake doughnuts daily. They are individually packed and kept in the back away from the other doughnuts. Cinnamon, Chocolate and glazed. The individual packaging keeps them fresh for days, so buy a dozen and get a discount.

Great place to drop by and grab some donuts. I used to come here back when the building used to be a Donut Hole. They have a good selection. I used to get all my donuts at Dan's Supermarket but after the rebrand into Family Fare they increased the price of their donuts and now it is just shy of the price here. Except the dough here is better. So now this is my new place for donuts

Been looking for good donuts (yeast donuts, not cake donuts) since moving to North Dakota from Texas four years ago. Found this gem on a rare morning trip to Bismarck. Great donuts, would have been better if warm.

Kid-friendliness: One of the tables in the dining area was child sized with kid chairs. My 5 year old insisted on sitting at this table.

This is a fabulous donut shop! The selection is unbelievable, and the donuts were delicious.

Dietary restrictions: They offer several varieties of gluten free donuts.

Parking: I parked right up front near the door. There was plenty of parking available.

When we pulled up to Bearscat, the parking lot was packed, with more vehicles pulling in. I thought that we would have a long wait once we entered the store, but that was not the case. We were waited on within minutes by a very friendly employee. All the staff that were there were friendly and taking care of all the customers. I doubt anyone waited more than a couple of minutes for service. And the donuts? Fresh and delicious. Don't let the name fool you - these are some of the best donuts in town.

I went to the Bearscat Bakehouse today to purchase a couple of Maple donuts. They were incredibly greasy and were ice cold, as if they were leftovers from yesterday. I called, not sure who I spoke to. They assured me they were baked fresh today, however they were aware of an issue with the maple toppings not coming out right...yet they still sold it to me anyway and charged full price for it. If I knew this before hand, I would've bought glazed donuts instead. It's not easy getting to this place as I live nowhere near it, but I will not be going out of my way to do business with Bearscat Bakehouse again.
