I had a really disappointing experience at Big Boy. The customer service was terrible — the lady taking my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was placing my order and was just about to add meals for my kids, but she cut me off before I was finished. I even had to ask if she was still on the line because it seemed like she was done with me, even though my order wasn’t complete.

Not amused. Raised prices, AGAIN! Then I get the wrong order to top it off. $9 for 4 cheese sticks is a little ridiculous. I will not be stopping here again. Thanks for nothing.
