Good beer. I didn't know about the food options until after I got there. Great atmosphere. Nice selection of beer. And I can't forget that the bartender Katie was absolutely awesome! I will for sure be stopping here any time I am in Bismarck.
I go to breweries all over the country and I thoroughly enjoy craft beer especially sours and IPAs. I was thrilled with the drinks here - I went upstairs to where the tap room was and tried some of the beers they make in-house - fantastic! The sours were really crisp and delicious with an ABV of 7.3%. That is terrific for a sour.Great local spot to go.
I am a complete fan of this place. My favorite brewery in town to be honest. A well rounded beer menu, and great food to go along with it. A friendly staff that will have a great conversation with you and explain the entire brewing process if you ask. The mention of Ale Works will come up, but they are a totally different business. So before you just assume, come up stairs and have a beer, or more. The environment is excellent and you just may get involved with some board games...
