The scallop and shrimp linguine has no taste. The pork chop was tough. The ahi was good. The potatoes were only warm. Pecan encrusted trout was also just warm and not a lot of "crust" on the trout. Staff was adequate.
My server was Phil, he was extremely unprofessional. And sarcastic I ordered at the bar to eat ordered some water. He never checked on me. After I first sat down, he went back to check on his friends made sure they were taking care of first I still had nothing in front of me. I ordered a water with my food Phil asked if I wanted a "shot of water." Being very sarcastic. I did nothing to this man. I had the worst service here i've ever had in bismarck.

The food presentation was great, all dishes were great (minus my pork rib eye being tough and a bit dry) over all it was a fantastic experience for my family. Portions are large we brought home plenty for lunch tomorrow. I didn't catch our waiters name but he was awesome even though I'm sure we don't look like the typical family who would eat there. <3 I would go again... but I will order something other than the pork next time.
Ordered two steaks ($40 each) medium rare and came out medium well/well. Waitress noted issue and took one steak back. Cook argued that he took the steak off at 120 degrees. Waited 20 minutes for steak to be redone and it was cooked the same way. Didn't feel like waiting any longer so took it to go. No manager ever came over to talk to us about the issue nor was anything reduced on our ticket. Tried to talk to manager the next day only to have kitchen manager argue about the cooking of the steak. He said he would have another manager call me and never did happen. Go to Texas Roadhouse or even Applebee's if you want a steak cooked properly and you'll save 20.00/ steak. Very spendy given the service and quality of food.

Very nice upscale restaurant. They handled a big group on I somewhat busy night with poise. The bread was fantastic. The peppercorn steak was bland save for the abundance of whole peppercorns. The peppercorns were so abundant they infected all the other items on the dish.
Inviting atmosphere, extensive wine selection with plenty of affordable options, made-to-order burgers, and the best french onion soup in town. A must-see for travelers!
