Went in to order pizza for first time at this restaurant. Both of our crusts were burned around the edges and had less toppings than a frozen totinos pizza. It tasted like cardboard and I asked to speak with management. Offered me a pizza on a different crust and I did not want that so she took my pizza and discarded it. Had to go back and ask for my money back as I paid $16 for it. My husband had hardly any meat on his and was disappointed too but I only asked for refund for mine. She told me to call the manager in the morning (it's only 645 pm) and gave me her name and number on a sticky note? Was greatly disappointed by the food and service. Our dinner was over $40 and was a total waste of money. Other people in line received much more toppings than we did also? Something is not right here. Update: after speaking with manager was informed that it was basically my fault for ordering the keto crust and not knowing what it should taste like? and my husband's fault for not asking for more toppings. My money was refunded but the manager took no accountability for the food or service instead telling me that her staff prepared it the way it was supposed to be prepared although she was not there and "unfortunately" a staff member gave me a full refund. I guess this establishment doesn't feel the customer is always right.
