Brick Oven Bakery is my favorite bakery to go to in Bismarck. They have the most delicious, decadent food that is homemade and enjoyable with every bite. The service is 10/10! The workers are beyond kind and show hospitality and care to their customers. Their homemade bread is to die for. The pastries are so good (my favorite is the almond croissant). I also LOVE their sandwiches because the bread and croissants used are always made in house which just makes everything taste better. I have dined inside and the environment is so cute and cozy. I get take out as well which is so convenient when I’m on the go. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Brick Oven Bakery is my favorite downtown spot. They bake everything fresh the day of and you can’t beat their Breakfast Croissant Sandwiches. Trust me, the pastry crumbs are worth it. I always order a Lavender Latte with oat milk or an Angry Frenchman Latte.Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free milks for their lattes.Parking: They have a drive through, making it easy to order and go. There is plenty of street parking and a parking garage right around the corner if the street parking is busy.Kid-friendliness: They offer a welcoming space for all ages

I will not buy bread from anywhere else in Bismarck! As soon as our loafs are getting thin I order online and drive through to pick more. I also love the coffee cake and the pastries. I can 100% endorse the natural ingredients as I do not get indigestion or bloating from these loafs, like otherwise I would from long shelf life bread that I used to get at the grocery stores. We are so lucky to have this bakery in town, and I sure hope their business blooms because they truly make great products.

Cute and festive joint with all the holiday sweets and drinks.I wish I had known about this mich sooner.As I walked up, I also noticed they have a drivethru!The gingerbread man was fun and tasty, but the everything breakfast pastry I got was was to die for!

Stopped in here just last week to pick up cameral rolls I had ordered for Christmas, it was my first time going there it has an Amazing atmosphere, coffee, and food the employees are super nice I'd highly recommend giving this place a try!
