Take out order times are significantly longer than estimated. My orders have been wrong on multiple occasions. Side portions are much smaller than other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Staff needs customer service training. They spend a lot of time talking to each other and not helping customers

Food was decent but we have been sitting for 20+ minutes waiting for check. They brought by multiple items that we did not order and were convinced that we had, going around to each person to check. Ridiculous service for an established location such as this.

Ordered through the app at this location twice. The staff are not helpful and both times the orders were not completely filled. No sauce or carrots/celery on one and no salad dressing for for a salad on the second one.

You guys need to ditch the food locker. If it works great, but seems to always have issues. Also, it doesn't matter if I pick up food for myself or door dash their seems to be 2 things that are gonna happen. Either the food is in the locker (hopefully the correct order) and old or its gonna take forever with the system throwing error codes. The girls upfront are always nice, but have an issue when it comes to giving out food and what I mean by that is, if I tell you im waiting for a specific order and you go to the back to grab it, dont walk past me, put it in the lockers and then not tell me its in the lockers. Think anybody wants to type their name in everytime you put a bag in just for it to not be in there or give an error sending you to the back jusy to pull it out and hand it to me anyway. Works well for the south store cause of the placement, but this north store not so much. Would it kill you to keep track of the orders that are in there? Idk, its a good idea in theory, but this store could do alot better with it. Walking past me with the exact order I just asked about and putting it in the locker and not saying anything is wild and it happens everytime

Casey constantly has an attitude every single time we are there. Summer greeted us with no words except throwing the coasters down on the table and walking away. Then Casey approached us. When we asked for a manager we were told by Casey “I am the manager” and she then proceeded to turn her back on us and walk away.
This place is going down hill FAST! We won’t be back.

Turned away from service at 12:10am on a Saturday night when their restaurant closes at 1am. Met at the door with eyes rolling from Casey the bartender. Found a table in the bar. Our server walked up, sat coasters down and then walked away. Casey came up and had attitude the second she came to the table. Didn’t feel welcome even though we came in 50 min to close. Members of our party even called in ahead to order food so kitchen wouldn’t be bothered with a late order. The blatant disrespect is uncalled for. Will never give this business a dollar or our money.

Ordered a crap ton of wings and 3 ranches online. I received my crap ton of wings, but not a single ranch in sight. Yes, it’s that big of a deal. Please give me my ranch when I order it, I drove an hour home to find out I have no good ranch for my wings. Heart. Broken.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I sat in my seat waiting for someone to acknowledge me, but every employee seemed to ignore not just me, but other customers and even people walking by. I waited patiently, made eye contact, and even tried to flag someone down but no one would take my order or say a word. It was like we were invisible. The lack of basic customer service was shocking. I ended up leaving without even getting a chance to order.
