After multiple visits to this restaurant, my friends could not tell me more how much more slow the service has gotten. As a champ i kept suggesting it, as i like the wings. But this visit left a very big and bad taste in my mouth. We arrive to a table that was being cleared off in the bar area, naturally we wait close to the table. The red haired manager saw this and gave us a bad look, only to walk away with the table still a mess. So after a minute or two we sit down. 20 minutes later and no sight of her or anyone, but lettuce on the table, we left. Way down hill.

The food was great as always. Service was basically non-existent. Our server seemed to not even want to be there as he went missing for almost a half hour and never came back to check on the tables he was serving. We had to track down a different server to get an additional order of wings placed, which never showed up by the time we were ready to leave. The food is very good, and the onion rings were the popular item on the table, so props to the cook staff for producing an excellent product. It was just not getting delivered.
I went to Wings and Rings to claim 5 free wings the night after the Bismarck Bobcats scored 5 goals. The wings were perfect and the chicken sandwich was very good. I sat at the bar which had friendly and fast service.Parking: The parking lot was well cleared of snow.

Boneless wings were huge not more than a couple months ago, now they are the size of Mcd's chicken nuggets but the price has gone up. They are half what they used to be.

Service was great. Atmosphere was great. Food quality has gone down substantially. The fries used to be spectacular, now they are like they are from a gas station. I don’t like leaving a lower review places, but it’s a bummer for two people to have a meal that was over 40 dollars and they wished they had just grabbed fast food.
