Dont place an order online for a future pickup time because they will just make the order right away. Not even a phone call telling us hey we cant make the order at your requested time becasuse X Y Z, When I called to speak to someone I got told there is only two people working until noon so an order that big 14 sandwiches we jjust make it right away. then I got told maybe you should place the order closer to when you want it.

I have ate at burger time in Bismarck numerous times years and have never complained because food was excellent. Not sure what happened but the last 2 times I have eaten there the food was almost not eatable. I returned the fries as they were grease logged and cold. The server said they changed fries and that is how they come now. No refund. To bad businesses have to change for the worst.you lost my business.

Every time I go here I ask for them to leave the mayo off my burger and every time my burger has mayo. This time was no different except this time the burger patties were old and dry while the fries were old and soggy. As a kid, 20 years ago, I loved this place but in the last 10 years I have had a terrible experience every single time I've been here. This is the final straw for me and I will not ever go back. I will instead give my money to Big Boy because they don't e er disappoint me.

I have always had good experiences here in the past, but it has been a few years. This time I was very disappointed.... the burger patties were not good at all. Very spongy and tasted nothing like beef. My kids didn't even want to eat them and that has never happened before.
