Poor customer service. I ordered the cheese curds and pop “combo upgrade” specifically with the junior burger. She charged me for all 3 separately. When I saw my receipt and brought it up, Cecilia said she would not change how it was rung up. She said you only get the upgrade if you order a sandwich and I said I did order the junior burger. She shut the window in my face. She was very rude for no reason. Apparently they can ring it up however they want even though we can’t see it until we get the receipt after we pay.

Stopped today. My last visit. Sandwich was ok but soda was flat like always. Got yelled at for asking why my meal was so expensive. Poor guy at the window was caught in the middle. If I have to get yelled at to get food I’m done!

What happened to the BIGGER burgers!!?? Now they are just smaller burgers ;( very disappointing! Same price plus the $.50 fee added now also? . Getting a bigger burger was always a fav. A big burger! May as well just go get a whopper now.. Im sad i wont be coming back again for that tiny thing i got last time... Why does every place that has something good going go and ruin it ? I know i wont be the only one that things wth is this? Rip. Change the name to smaller burger at least!

On 9/27/2024 the drive thru worker was out of line and unprofessional. I witnessed a customer couldn’t understand the drive thru worker when they asked for the price of their meal. the worker responded “clean out your ears” then called the police on the customer. Clear as day, the customer wasn’t hostile, it was the employee. DON’T come here.

Basically got yelled at by the lady because we wanted to do 2 separate orders in one vehicle which we’ve done for years, prices have gone up about 2 dollars and now they charge extra for using a card for payment. Good food but probably won’t come here if it keeps going downhill
I have always loved their food but how impatient they are when taking your order and how disrespectful they talk to you at the window is not excusable, the way the older woman speaks is flat out rude. I worked in fast food and if I ever talked to a customer that way I would’ve been fired maybe she needs similar treatment

Old timer burger place! The burgers taste so fresh and fries are crispy ?
went there at 8:40 pm because website says they close at 9, we sit in the drive through and after a few seconds of no one saying anything, we call and ask if they’re open, and they say they’re closed. had a bad experience at burger time years ago, was going to give it another try tonight, and that was obviously a mistake. Won’t be back again.
