Ordered Xl drink. most expensive drink- Walked away, took a few sips and it was empty with packed ice up to the top- Nothing more to drink -unless i waited for the packed ice to melt- Brought it to thier attention- they refused and were happy i didnt get anything to drink- told them thanks for screwing me -they flipped me off- Cheated me out of enjoying something to drink-

While ago this was a good location for coffee, not currently. The current servers mess up my orders often. Recently I asked for a hot mocha with whip and I got an iced mocha with no whip, and I ordered a small hot chocolate with whip and got charged a large hot chocolate with no whip that tasted bad. I will hold off doing business at this location with the current staff.
