Charras Bismarck offers delicious food and excellent service with quick delivery. The combo plate and queso with chips are highly recommended. The shredded beef chimichanga and fresh guacamole are outstanding, and the guacamole is made table side. Many guests consider the food to be authentic and quite tasty. The atmosphere is great and casual with music playing, and the open concept kitchen is neat. The staff is very friendly and service is quick. The free chips and salsa are fantastic, and they are very generous with the complimentary salsa and chips. The portions are big so you will definitely get two meals from an order. The food was so hot and so fresh. The fajitas were good and the tacos were great too. The margarita was even better. It’s perfect for a quick lunch in Bismarck/Mandan. Burritos and fajitas are also highly recommended by customers, making it one of the best Mexican restaurants for those who love this cuisine.
