Waited almost 15min for a simple coffee order at the drive thru. There wasn’t even any customers before or after me. Eventually just had to leave to get on with my day.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I’m a very loyal city brew customer in another location and have never been met with closed doors and no notes. Whoever is managing this place… isn’t. My softball Team and I tried to go to City Brew several differnt times this weekend at different times of the day. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I understand short staffing but 3 days in a row just change the hours to closed

This is the second morning this week that I've gone to City Brew and literally nobody was around to take my order. It says online that they open at 5:30am. I came at 6 and another day at 6:30am and sat in the drive-thru line like a fool. To add insult to injury, there are about umpteen signs around the building advertising their 5:30am hours. My wife and I really like City Brew coffee and are disappointed by this lack of service.

Good coffee. Usually good service. BUT INSIDE SEEMS ALWAYS CLOSED ! Only option is drive through so skip this place if you want to sit inside to enjoy your coffee

I am typically a city brew lover however the caramel frappe I purchased from this place was terrible. Essentially just shaved ice and whipped cream.

Communication, communication, communication fix your signage. If there is an issue with staffing, then put up a sign apologizing for the inconvenience. Locking your doors in the middle of the day takes away trust.

Is this place even open anymore? I pulled up to the drive thru speaker in the middle of the day on a Wednesday and sat there for longer than I should have waiting for someone to take my order. The hours are posted on the speaker and I was well within those hours. I used to love coming here, but the last few times I’ve tried, they're closed. I understand if they’re short staffed, but change your posted hours then.
