Great location, service and overall ambiance. Paid $15 for 2 medium plain lattes and a scone, which I guess is about average. But the scone was over cooked therefore inappropriately tough for anything considered edible and both lattes were very weak and tasted more like steamed milk with a splash of coffee.

I don't understand why I have so much trouble at this place. All I order is a dark roast coffee with NO cream or sugar. How do you make it any more simple besides ordering an empty cup? And society practically demands we tip these people. So I pay for a simple order gone wrong consistently and then further assist in their wages because I don't disect my order at every stop I make. Guess I'm the idiot here. Bravo City brew crew for sucking at simplicity.

My girlfriend and I went here around 8am and the staff was really upbeat and motivated, it made us happy to be there. When we walked in it is really a clean place and calm atmosphere. But most importantly we definitely got our money's worth. This is by far WAAYYYY better than STARSUCKS. We appreciate the extra steps you guys take to make every customer feel welcomed! The dogs absolutely loved there pup cups with the little bones?

I visited City Brew Bismarck today and had such a great experience! The staff was SO friendly and really acted like they were glad I was there! Offered me refills on my mug of coffee for only 1.00. I was very impressed.

Customer service was very good, nice, and the food is good.
Really great city brew, clean and comfortable. The staff were not overly cheerful but were polite and kind. We got our food to go, as we’re road tripping through North Dakota. Came in on a Sunday at 8am and it was pretty bare so no worries about seating if you’re eating breakfast. Bathroom was clean as well.
