Placed an online order for myself and some friends. We ordered three ice creams, some waffle cones and another cold stone item. Picked up the order went home and was missing one of the ice creams and one of them was made incorrectly. Called the store to get them remade to pick them up and was told that we didn’t order it that way. I looked up the transaction online and I definitely ordered it the way I described. There was even a receipt with the correct order stapled to the pick up bag that had writing from one of the employees on it checking off the items, even the items that weren’t in the bag. Really unfortunate to have an employee telling you “you’re wrong” instead of trying to solve the problem. I understand mistakes get made, I have worked in the service industry, since I was 14 and have never thought to treat a costumer that way. There a massive lack of accountability and problem solving.

I came to get the dont cry over spilled milk. Got to have it ice cream. But when I received it. I asked for a lid and it was messy at the bottom, so I asked them to clean it up. And they picked up the container like messy wear and I'm like it's at the bottom. It's all over the counter. Then slid me the lid. Did not want to clean up the leaking ice cream which was vanilla. I ordered the chocolate. Dont Cry over spilled milk ice cream. So Im seeing them with an attitude towards my order, and I decided to walk out due to rude services?

The young man working all by himself today was really nice and working hard. I told him my daughter has celiac and asked if we could get some ice cream from a new container. He understood and quickly grabbed new utensils before I even had to ask. He seemed knowledgeable about celiac, and that is so nice not to always have to explain it. I want to thank him again for being so kind and taking the extra time to make sure she can enjoy sweet treats too :).

I felt extremely rushed and couldn’t even get out my full order before they rushed off to make it. I understand being busy but customer service is important and i only had maybe 4 people behind me. I couldn’t even say i wanted extra toppings. On top of that i got a “Gotta have it” and the amount of toppings i got was def for a “like it.” Tiny plastic scoop of peanut butter scraped from the bottom of the container and ONE little peanut butter cup. Only thing i could taste was chocolate ice cream. Train your employees better.

The 2 white girlies working tonight had major attitude and problem.? just mix the ice cream and lose your attitude dude. You don’t get payed to half mix and act like a snot nose brat you get payed to smile and do your job and I used to work in fast food so I get it but I also know to lose my attitude and snot face when I’m serving people ? also don’t be asking peoples boyfriends with a weird look “you two together” in a bratty tone it’s unsettling babes.

Kid-friendliness: Wouldn’t recommend it the team girls are gonna have snotty attitudes and show your kids rudeness
Wheelchair accessibility: I’d say it’s about as wheel chair friendly to get in but not with the slim space they provide inside

5 star for ice cream and everything about it. 1 star for customer service especially today. We come here weekly and sometimes twice a week and Usually they have friendly faces but today they had a young guy serving ice cream with horrible attitude. Saying have a nice day with the same attitude as telling you to f... off! I would have him prep ice cream in the back rather than being in the front with that arrogant attitude! I know it's hard to find employees but the good ones keep customers coming back. The ones like that young guy today who wasn't even wearing a name tag make you never wanna come back again.
