Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Restaurant is cold. Things hanging on dividers between table are in need of dusting plus the divider ledges dusty. (See photo of blue lunch box) The country store is awesome as always. Kudos to the gal named “Liz” very friendly and helpful.

Out of chicken again!! Burger was overdone and the bun was burned black. Manager did nothing not even a sorry!

My food was awful chicken was very tough and taste was awful I ate the green beans ans steak fries and the rest wa awful server never even asked how it was!

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Tje waitress was great!
The Host however was more interested in his cell phone than us! Maybe its their job to get paid to stand there doing nothing but playing with their cell phone.

Our first time having Thanksgiving dinner here. The food was mediocre at best. Small portion of turkey, the stuffing was smothered in gravy and was mushy, could not choose your sides! Waitress was rude when i asked if i could substitute the green beans she said NO substitutions! My husband asked for pecan pie, she also told him no. He said well its on the menu! She aaid that would be extra, well duh...
Definitely wouldn't do again, not worth it.

Sadly cannot give a better score than this. Store is well stocked. Everything is clean. The hostess was our server. She was helpful and friendly. Counter service was prompt and friendly. Food came out quickly. BUT the food was way below Cracker Barrel standards. The meatloaf was dry and the chicken and dumplings were pasty dry/thick with something like pulled chicken under in. The fried okra, mashed potatoes, and steak fries were fine. We were so very disappointed. The server offered to exchange the food for something else but we did not want to take the time for that.

not a good cracker barrel, food was less than expected for sure. service was also not great and finally paying the bill was a pain. not impressed and certainly not up to the standard of cracker barrel at all.
