Tonight we had a curbside order. We arrived, and put that we were there. 30 minutes go by waiting for our food, nothing. I decided to go in and see what the issue was. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, until then, not one person had looked at me. I explained to the worker what was going on, and they said that they haven’t even started our order. I asked to speak to the manager, as I asked for a refund as we needed to get somewhere. The worker said that would need manager approval. I waited about 10 minutes. I then got another worker to get the manager. Nothing. I decided to just walk out and forget the food or refund I should’ve been given. Very disappointing!

On a sunday afternoon, I put in a online order for a concrete mixer with strawberries and cheesecake cubes, curbside. I arrived at 12:10 and clicked I'm here via the website. After 20 of seeing the same employees come in and out and it being rush time, I gave it 5 more minutes because rush time can be an issue. And old gal had asked me for my order name and I had given it to her. It being now 12:35 I gave it more time, I had also logged onto WiFi and clicked I'm here via email as I thought that was why it was taking a while. Waiting another 15 minutes it was now 1pm. I walked inside and my ice cream was just sitting there behind the counter. I was given it melted, barley any strawberries.

After the man at the register insisted that I was 55 several times (I’m not) I went to use the restroom. I had been on the road from across the country so I accidentally left my wallet in the restroom. The employee that immediately brought it out had helped herself to my cash Several hundred dollars. The manager refused to help at all and funny thing is the video from this time period is mysteriously unavailable. Bad service mediocre food and thieves for employees. Double thumbs down!!!!

You would think if I pay 7$ for a smoothie and nothing else they would at least fill it to the top of the cup, not the line that is an inch down from the top… also why I was the first person in line and everyone behind me got served there food first while I had to be pulled into a parking spot to wait for 5 minutes for a smoothie is beyond me. Food should get pulled, ice cream should be given at the window. Basic food service.
