Very poor service and not clean. Took over 20 minutes for a small order. Instead of standing around chatting, maybe someone could do some cleaning.

Messed up my order 3 times and asked for receipts like I was lie'ing. Messed up every single time.

The chick working the drive thru got extremely snarky when I added cheese curds to my order. She made the biggest sigh on the intercom and then proceeded to “act” extremely nice while asking if we wanted straws in our bottled waters. Kept telling me to drive safely almost as if that weren’t the case. Our kids were freaked out by her. She claimed to be the manager, so maybe short on staffing. Whichever the case and judging by the negative reviews on your specific store, she probably is the manager. Culvers is great, however your employees have questionable attitudes. Maybe having an adult on staff at night might help in the long run. We threw away our order, didn’t want someone spitting in it. Thanks!

*edit* I sure did go to your website. Now to the better business bureau.

Was literally reading reviews about forgotten food and the wait taking forever whilst waiting in the drive through for my food for about 25 minutes. You guys forgot the fries to a simple value basket. Something is very wrong with this Culver’s. It’s an anomaly.

Food is fantastic!! Service needs work. Orders are wrong 80% of the time. I recommend going but, check your bag before you leave.

The last time, I ordered a Pecan pumpkin cement mixer and received a salted Carmel pumpkin cheese cake. Not good.

The shakes and fries are great, but the burgers are just OK. Service was wonderful. All in all, I'll probably go back one more time before I leave back for the South.

I'd like to preface that I I hate to give restaurants a negative review. People and places have their bad days, it is not fair to judge a place by a singular experience that is bad. Restaurants I also know are also finicky and a large quantity of people can cause problems. This local Culver's though has been consistent in how poor the service has been that I hope in writing this review changes can be made.

The service here is horrendous at two aspects in particular that being timing and correctness of the order. The timing price is also two fold, not only would I say it takes a long time to receive your order (I have waited 45 minutes twice for a drive through/mobile order), but if you get base food and custard in the same order the time in which they were prepared is off. Multiple times I have gotten melted custard with my order, and three times I have gotten melted custard and lukewarm food. This would indicate no great order to when items are prepared nor served. My guess is orders can take a long time for this reason as well. The correctness of the order is self explanatory, the items are consistently missing or incorrect (Given x when I expected y). Slow service that is quality, that being care is put into it is one thing, a fast service where there is mistakes is another. A slow service that is riddled with errors makes me question how things are being managed.

This review is not written with limited experience but is based on almost a years worth of negative experiences, which is why I also wanted to take the time to write this as it has not been improving in any way. You can additionally find other reviews with similar experiences. I love Culver's as a chain and have had no negative experiences until I started going to this one.

On a positive note the food there is good and every worker I have encountered is kind and apologetic.

I do hope that it improves but at this time can not suggest going here.

I wish I could provide a higher rating. I really do. The food has been fine and since we choose not to eat out too often, our kids enjoy Culver’s as their occasional special treat. However, we have eaten at Culver’s 3 times now in the past 3 or 4 months and something in our order has been forgotten every single time. Once is understandable. Twice is perhaps excusable. But 3 times is a little ridiculous.

I understand our orders are large (around $100 each time), but what I don’t understand is how large chunks of the orders are missed every time. Either there’s an issue with the process or the personnel, I’m not sure which. Perhaps the most infuriating part is I calmly explained the situation yesterday after I had to drive back and pick up the missing portion of the order and was met with complete indifference. No apology, no offer to compensate, nothing. I get that the staff is mostly younger kids and it’s fast food. But when you spend nearly $100 on takeout, you expect to at least receive what you paid for!
