When to Dairy Queen to treat my kids to a sweet treat tonight. Went through the drive through. They was a young man that took my order. I figured a couple times he didn’t hear me because they may be business with others. Upon getting to the window. He gave me a different price than what he originally said. So I said no, it was the $20 something one. Then he proceeds to tell us not only did he mess up on my order. He messed up on the persons in line in front of me. I had to ask him twice to repeat himself as he sounded mumbled. Then he reads off only three of our blizzards, incorrect. Then when I tried to get what I correctly ordered. He shits the window on me. So I wait for him to come back. He then gives me my receipt. Which of course still wrong. Closes the window and turns away from the window and stands there. Not busy. Obviously could care a lot less. When he finally opens the window to give us our food. I ask for a refund and for him to take it back. He forget two items from our order. So I go to tell him what he forgot. He says “if you want a cone it’ll give you a cone.”
I want a full refund. Will be calling the restaurant on Monday to get this issue resolved. I hope no one else has this problem

Ordered Chicken strip meal. When i got it, fries were ice cold and soggy. Asked for fresh ones. Was parked. Less than 3 minutes passed and they brought out the food. I guarantee it was the same food. When i got home not only were the fries cold and nasty but the chicken was not fresh either.. cold and dry. Food was terrible and no one cared to make it right. Biggest waste of $19. So sad this is what the restaurant experience is coming too. High prices and way below acceptable quality.

I like this DQ because it's always clean and the other customers are respectful and polite. The burgers are excellent and who doesn't like a Blizzard? Service is good, but rarely a smile. I'll take it.

The ordering process through the drive through was not good first off. Then I order a chicken strip basket and I have always loved them. The fries in the basket were awful. Cold, no taste, they were just nasty. The chicken was okay. No bread in the basket. Don’t come to this DQ. Go to the Mandan location! It’s the only good one.

Food was distasteful and fries were undercooked. We were charged for multiple items that we never got. We ordered multiple meals and were charged for each item in them individually, which increased the total price dramatically.

When i asked why the price was so high the drive through worker said “i don't know man i didn't take your order it ain't my problem” Good grief get better service its an ice cream store not that hard.

The heavyset lady in the drive-through says order when you’re ready! Go to the second window to pay and got my drink about 2 inches from the top low and she told me to park to receive my food. I tried to get her attention about the drink and she walked away. All the other associates didn’t even come to my aid. By the time she got back to the window I showed her the drink and asked her if I could get more. So she gave a breath and took my cup. The burger was cold and the fries were half full. I told her I wanted to ketchup and napkins, and she had a whole handful of ketchup and the napkins balled up into her hand giving them to me. This was at 3:40pm.
Spent $23 on 1 meal & cheese curds!! Asked for a double bacon cheese burger, & they ended up charging me an extra dollar for the bacon just to forgot to even put the bacon the burger. Not only that they had charged me $2 for a couple dipping sauces to only forget that as well. Waited in line for about 15 minutes, mind you, there was only one other vehicle in the line. I will 100% not ever eat at this location again.

Ordered 2 kids meals. Prepare burger and chicken were average. Apple sauce was brown and got replaced. Got charges extra for milk that I assume is included in the kids meal. Was not offered the ice cream cone that it seems is included in the meal. The gal taking my order seemed to not know what my options were in the kids meal. I had to coach her through the order. This location doesn’t accept mobile orders. Would have been nice knowing the worker didn’t know the menu. 2 kids meals totaling $17. 1 meal was chicken strips, squeeze apple sauce and a milk in a cup not a container(extra charge). Second meal was a burger, squeeze apple sauce and a cup for water from the fountain. No ice cream cones offered. Seems like a ridiculous price to pay. Won’t be back.
