When someone comes in and points to something on the menu and they get it wrong right then and there it shoukd be pointed out. You do not as a business agree to what is pointed to and then charge them something else. That is shady business.

Our server was rude. I asked for our 2nd oreo shake and she said I only heard one. But my husband and I said multiple times. Then we spilled water and the other employee cleaned up the mess. My husband asked our server how to get syrup out, if u need to pull the top of and she said, I don't care!!!. My hash browns weren't completely cooked and the sunny side up eggs had a runny white part so not really cooked either. Then we have a 90 drive home and the womens bathroom was closed at 1:15 pm.

Karenza was our waitress and man she was extremely sweet and made sure we were taken care of and content. 🤩She was soooo pretty, classy and very clean! That matters so much these days considering how I’ve been treated and what I’ve experienced at other restaurants where some of the wait staff looks like they’re fresh off a stripping pole or they haven’t bathed in days😂😂😂 . Food was fresh and tasty. Very clean. People like Karenza are the types of people that deserve the biggest tips and promotions for their hard work and excellence in customer service.
