I had the FDR flatbread, which is a vegetarian dish, and honestly, it was the best flatbread i've ever had! I ordered through bitesquad and it arrived quickly also.

As said in other reviews, Edwinton's has amazing happy hour deals! Try the sweet potato fries. I also like their sandwiches. Of course, their beer is good too. I personally prefer sours and loved the raspberry one they had on tap when I was there.

While in town for vacation we decided to try Edwinton brewing Company. It was a quiet Monday night and one of the owners, Melodie took great care of us. The prices for all the entrees were so incredible and the portions are over the top. We started with the deep fried avocado slices and dirty nachos. The avocado slices were delicious and the sauce had a nice kick. The dirty nachos were huge and had a lot of bite with the jalepenos. The chips were home made and very crunchy. We were getting so full before our entrees arrived. We had the pork tacos, which were delicious and frankly, magical. The Brewben was on amazing grained bread and so scrumptious. Plus we had the truffle fries which were yummy, yummy, yummy!! Another person got the Orient express salad and she had to take half home!! The beersteak sandwich was messy and good! We chose it for the interesting menu options and we were totally thrilled with every bite! Wish we lived here, it would be our favorite place! Go! Now!!

Edwinton is a really comfortable place to sit and eat with a few beers. I sat at the bar to get a taste of the in-house beer and watch some baseball and was immediately helped by Matt who hooked me up with a great flight of Edwinton beers. I am bummed about the lack of dark beer selections brewed in house, but the light beers he recommended were still very good. My food order was taken and brought out surprisingly fast, and his service was probably in the top tier I've had at breweries. I'd highly recommend Edwinton if you're passing through Bismarck.

We went there this summer for appetizers before heading out to dinner. We sat at the bar and really enjoyed our visit. I love the industrial atmosphere. The pretzel was absolutely HUGE! It comes with a number of different dipping sauces, which we also enjoyed. Our bartender was absolutely fantastic and friendly. This is a small little place, but I enjoyed our visit and would return again when I'm there next summer.

Only worth going during happy hour for the great pricing on food and drinks. The quality of food here isn't top notch, but it's a great deal during happy hour (especially the train-wreck veggie nachos and roundhouse sandwich). Quite possibly the cheapest place to go in town during happy hour, but just as pricey as other places outside of those hours. Service varies - sometimes it's excellent and very interactive, other times it feels very slow. If the outside ground is wet, be very careful about sitting on the patio because you might get splashed by the cars/trucks speeding through the puddles.

Stopped with wife and 2 kids at 6:30 PM on Wednesday evening for supper. 4 people on patio, 2 inside. Wasn't greeted or acknowledged, sat on patio and waited 15 min without a server before getting up and walking out without seeing a single person . Not a great first impression, wont go back soon.

Terrible service and even worse customer service. Tried to nicely word a review on their Facebook page about not being helped only to be slandered and later have it removed. Not impressed, will not be giving them another try.

We just had apps and entrees here tonight and everything was awesome! The portions are large and the prices are small. The beer is top notch our favorite was Training Wheels IPA. Our server was Matt who was super knowledgeable, super friendly, and made a MEAN glitter beer. Our new favorite place in Bismarck!

I spent a nice evening here. Great service, and got to sample some fine beers. Sure, some were not to my taste, but thats just preference. Nice place.

Had lunch here and the Depot burger was delicious. I will be ordering lunch here on the regular. Melodie was sweet and pleasant. Definitely a great spot for lunch.

Great happy hour! $4.00 pints, $4.00 guacamole and chip and $4.00 pull pork sandwich. $26.00 for four beers and dinner. Bartender was great and easy to visit with!

Ooooo. Am I the only one that feels guilty for writing less than 4-star reviews? This is a fermentary. Not a brewery. Brewing at least has to include boiling wort. And should definitely involve mashing some malted barley too. Change your name, be a restaurant that served decent beer and you get 4-stars. The beer was decent, the pretzel things we ate were delicious and the service was fine. But stop being a poser. Also—glitter beer??
