Horrible sandwiches from here was highly dissatisfied. The consistency of the bread is more like a tortilla. Can't even eat it, had to put insides on bread from home. Employees look like they are or work release from prison. Idk but it'll be Jimmy John's from now on!

I ordered a sandwich today from them and was delivered by Uber eats and never had any problems with my food before and when I opened it getting ready to eat it I found a strand of hair on my bread I thought it was a knife cut but as I looked closer it was hair this just made me sick to my stomach I got to stop eating fast food who ever made my sandwich Today July 7 2023 around 3:00pm til 3:30pm needs to make sure they are not combing there hair at work or make sure there shirt is free of hair it’s so nasty very disappointed it sad that Iwas told by the manager to reach out to Uber to fix it when the problem was within the store so annoying now I am out of a sandwich

I just had the worst sandwich ever. It was supposed to be turkey with provolone, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, and avocado. I asked for peppers and jalapeños. What I got was some cheese, a lot of avocado spread and peppers, mayo and jalapeños which all tasted like mush. I saw a small grey something which may have been turkey? I was so disappointed because I had a decent sandwich here before. Could only eat a fourth of the sandwich before I had to stop.

Absolutely terrible food the sandwiches had dried out meat and barely any. The employees are grabbing food out of the bins and eating right over the top of sandwiches they are preparing for people.I am shocked that this place isn’t shut down.

I ordered the Apollo there's hardly any meat and the flavor frankly is not that great I will not order from them again I'll go back to Jimmy John's
I placed an order at 740pm for pickup. I drive to the store for the door to be locked at 748pm. I noticed the new hours say closed at 8pm... its not 8pm yet and they only canceled my order as I tried to open the door... if you're gonna close early atleast turn online ordering off. Thanks for wasting my time.

I order from here very frequently and usually everything is perfect. I'm not very happy about the amount of Mac and cheese I got this time. Way less than I have ever had. It's a small scoop and not even half the container is filled.I also just discovered my sammich is missing any sauce.

Got an order delivered on Nov. 5th.Tomato soup was as thick as paste and my sandwich was missing ingredients.Ran to the store, one boy working, front door locked, lobby closed. The kid just looks at me from inside.A lady walks up to pick up an order and I catch him with the door open. He makes my sandwich wrong again and tells me the soup is just like that. I gave up but probably won't get food there again. Too bad, I really liked that place.
