I am not one to write a google review, but I just could not miss the opportunity to share about this experience! My family and I stood in line waiting to have our order taken for 15 minutes while the entire staff avoided eye contact with the growing line of customers (important to note that we were the first ones in line). Once finally assisted at the till, the attention to detail was abysmal to say the least. My father ordered a loaded bacon cheeseburger and received nothing more than the bacon cheeseburger missing all of the toppings. He is too easy going and simply accepted his fate, I however took my burger to the counter asking them to include bbq sauce as I had requested originally. The employee forwarded my request of bbq sauce to the others who continued doing what they did without a single thought to my bbq sauce correction, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before giving up and sitting down. My siblings ordered milkshakes to drink with their food, the milkshakes weren’t ready till we were ready to go which was 30 minutes after ordering. To summarize, management was non existent, customer satisfaction was laughable, and attention to detail was an afterthought.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped at Five Guys on interstate and I’ve got to say — hats off to this crew! I’ve managed teams before, and whoever is leading this one is doing an amazing job. From cleanliness to teamwork to customer service, everyone here is on point. Not a single person looked like they hated their job, and that says a lot in today’s world. Big shoutout to this crew — y’all are the real MVPs! 👏🍔🍟

Beginni.g from ordering our food to leaving our experience was very unfriendly. No hello how are you today, no smiles, clerk leaned on counter sideways when typing in our order and the other 3 employees were just as bad. Fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. Burgers were a 3 outta 10. Very expensive, no meals only buy items singly.. This cost was outrageous. Booths and floors very dirty, seat , table etc could have cleaned when 4 employees were just standing behind counter talking. I won't be going back.

Alright, so we walked in to an location late to see someone ordering. I walked over to the fryer which was off and cleaned. I realiseed and quit the order. What happened next was out of some strange sifi food thing. He had to finish the other man's order so he insisted that my order go through as well. When i finally accepted a small fries he did not let that order go through. Btw a small fries in five guys is a whole basket, he also got me a delicious lettuce burger. It was amazing. Thank you.
