Gideon’s is an absolute gem! Woody the brewer is a true artist—every beer on tap was top-tier, but the Pickle Heat absolutely stole the show. Spicy, unique, and perfectly balanced—easily a 5-star brew. Huge shoutout to Brenna behind the bar—friendly, fast, and knows her stuff. She made the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!
Absolutely taken back! With the small breweries I've experienced before and been let down, Gideon's is not one! Gideon's beers exceeded my expectations and they were all phenomenal! Literally nothing bad to say. And for the staff working, he was so knowledgeable, took time to talk, and was so excited to be working here. Even though I live several hours away, I will be making trips to Bismarck just for Gideon's!
Great place. Was traveling the dakotas and was walking back to my car after seeing the train and church historic sight nearby when a crowd of people playing bingo inside the place all waved hi and told me to come inside and sit with them. They all cheered as I walked in and I was welcomed to a free drink. Talk about hospitality! Apparently there's a fundraiser that plays bingo there on certain days raising money for pets to he adopted. It's a good cause. As for the drinks...
