I feel as if they should really update this page in general as the food is decent but the hours are not right and they do not take deliveries anymore. Every time I call, I always get the same message of "we don't take orders anymore." If not, why does the website say this is a still a place where I can order pizza and other menu and items? I feel as if that should be updated if not, at the very least, updated here.

Holy shnikeys! I love Happy Joes, I grew up there, I waz so excited to find this one until....they won't make you a pizza, you only can have what they make. Then to top it off they have two options, ten dollar pizza or five dollar pizza. I grab two small pan pizzas, they charge me 7.79 a piece, so I ask them why they charged me so much, and they simply say," prices went up, we didn't change the signs, that's our bad"......wth?....Flagrant false advertising, stay away from these unprofessional posers.

Well for one, they don’t have a buy one get a medium free cuz apparently their large pizza isn’t too expensive the way it is? so it’s now get a medium half off, but they will not honor the coupon(that is on the back of receipts EVERYWHERE. ) if you’re having someone else pick up the pizza. So she took my order, asked her if I could pay.. she said NO, they only do in person transactions???? Why ?! Wouldn’t you rather get paid right away!? And not have people order their stuff then stiff you!? Maybe people should start doing that and see how long it is before they change that

If you can't take orders, don't answer the phone. Don't tell the customer "hold please " and then hang up on them multiple times. The last few times we've ordered pizza from Happy Joe's, the customer service was the same. I thought we'd give them another try. With no surprise to me, the customer service has not improved. Until then, we will not be giving our services to Happy Joe's Bismarck location. We use to enjoy Happy Joe's Pizza.

The price is good and the pizza toppings are fairly plentiful, the pizza is very bland though. Had very little flavor other the bread and a hint of sauce flavor.
Looked up the local pizza places by stars, this one was close by so ordered to go. I was a little surprised to find this in a gas and go location. It was a small footprint but was terribly busy. The guy (that's right, just one guy) running this place was as focused and funny/nice as anyone you would ever meet. He got my order out pronto! The pizza was great but the crust was the only slight ding. It was not light and airy but on the heavier side. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in a hurry that wants reasonably priced pizza.

Awesome customer service! He was very polite and personable. I felt bad because he was working alone, so I hope they're not short staffed. He provided great customer service regardless of getting a lot of orders. I wish I knew his name so I could give him a shoutout!

Stopped in tonight at the Bismarck location at 8:20 and it was closed. Website stated that the location was open till 9:00. While I understand that store hours change, I simply asked if they were open and the lady said no and then went in the back and stated laughing with another employee because they didn't have to serve another customer. Very disrespectful and am glad that I live in minot and don't have to deal with disrespectful employees at the minot location. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Usually pretty good pizza, but this time it tasted like a frozen one. I don't know if they changed the recipe or not, but the crust was flat, the sauce had no flavor and there was hardly any cheese on it. Will probable give them one more chance, but it's a little expensive there so I do expect a little more.
