My wife grew up in Virginia with Hardee’s so whenever we travel we look for Hardee’s or Carl’s Jr for her beloved biscuits and gravy. She was excited to see there was one in Bismarck and the breakfast (I don’t eat biscuits and gravy) was great for both of us. Employees not only showed up for work on time (we routinely experience restaurants closed early morning when they’re supposed to be open) but the breakfast was hot and fresh and the restaurant was clean and as we ate the employees were all working hard to get the restaurant ready for the day! Refreshing to see doors unlocked upon the restaurant opening, friendly staff, hot and great food plus employees caring about getting the restaurant ready for the day! So happy to see their commitment to their jobs that I felt the need to leave a review. You guys are awesome and deserve it (direct quote from my wife) and we’ll be having breakfast again there tomorrow! Thanks for providing the extra mile and caring about your job and caring about your job enough to make my wife so happy that she insisted on this review.

I visited Hardee's on Capitol Ave in Bismark, ND in May 2025. I always go there when I'm in Bismarck. I live in South Dakota . I always order the mushroom and swiss burger meals with extra mushrooms. On our trip home we open our meals. The burgers were small, dry and tasteless. Hardly any mushrooms or sauce as I paid for extra mushrooms with both meals. I called back and talked to a manager/supervisor and he said he would send free coupons to me. He took my name and address. A couple weeks later I called and the same guy said he have my name and address to the manager. To this day, nothing was sent to me. I called today and spoke with a manager named Sue. She was the rudest person I've ever spoke to. We exchanged words and she made me very mad and upset. She hung up on me. I called her back and asked for her supervisor's name and she said I couldn't have it. This Sue person is ruining your business name and definitely deserves this Bad Review!! She's horrible!!

One of the worst fast food places I've been to. I am visiting from out of state and wanted a quick bite to eat. Food is very bland. Couldn't fit my straw in my soda cup because it was all ice. Was asked to pay twice when we already paid. This establishment lacks attention to detail in their customer service and food quality. AI took our order, and everything was correct. The first man told us our total, scanned our phone and walked away without a word. The second young man that handed us our food was very nice, however, very lost. Won't be going back here.

I went inside to get a double bacon cheeseburger and said no mayo. The guy said it doesn’t come with mayo on it. I pointed to the picture on the menu and said there is white stuff in the picture. He said it must be Swiss cheese. I said ok as long as it doesn’t have mayo. I got the burger and it was covered in mayo on the top bun and bottom bun. I threw it in the trash. What a waste of money. I won’t be back and that sucks, I really liked Hardee’s.
Waist of time I waited 15 minutes at the counter to order and not one time did anybody come to the counter to take my order so I walked out the door. Save your time and go across the street to subway or down the street to McDonald’s don’t waist your time.

Worst experience in fast food from recent memories. The burger was cold cheese was not melted. Overloaded on ketchup and the cashiers attitude was just as bad as the food. Don't waste your money here. No stars. Health department might want to visit here. 3 bites food in the trash and my stomach already hurts

The AI drive thru menu sucks. It doesn’t show me my order so I can verify it is correct. It doesn’t hear what I am ordering. It doesn’t give me a way out of the AI to talk to the human working in the store. The guy at the window was great. The computer at the ordering menu sucks ass. You will lose business just by people getting frustrated with that thing.
