Went thru the drivethru this morning & the robot asked if I was using the app. I said no & it asked for my order, which I gave. Then there was silence for a moment then the robot said something about service or the window, I don't even know what exactly. But I took it to mean to pull ahead so I did. When I got to the wondow, the woman looked at me with a dirty look & like I didn't belong there. She then came to the window & r rudely said that I didn't order at the board & needed to go back. I politely told her that I did give my order & it answered me. Then the worker could of just as well called me a liar cuz then she said, "No you didn't & nothing was said back to u & u drove on thru. Then I was upset. I denied it & repeated what I had already told her. Then she rudely asked what I wanted & wasn't nice about it whatsoever. I have never been treated like that b4! If I didn't like the breakfast so much there, I would never go back. It's bad enough as it is to talk to that stupid robot & don't know why it can't just b a real person. I hate that. That thing can never get it right. I have always like Hardee's & have never had a problem til this rude mean lady & that ai robot! It'll b a long time til I can bring myself to go there again.

We had the worst experience in drive thru this morning. We couldn’t hear anything at the drive thru speaker so we drove up to the window and told the lady we couldn’t hear and she says oh it’s been working all morning and we have to go back to the speaker to order and closes the window and refuses to talk to us. She could’ve apologized and taken steps to make sure we were taken care of but no she had to be very rude and disrespectful! Plain awful! How can you treat people like that and feel okay with yourself! We didn’t lie to her! We simply didn’t hear her on the speaker and we think she simply didn’t press the button on her headset. But she couldn’t take that on herself do what was right! She must be a very miserable person! Sad! I think her name was Sue.

So me and my son went there today drive threw is all ai now yelling at it just to get my order wrong went up to the window and the guy there keept gettingtheorder wrong needless to say not going there again

Hot Ham and cheese never disappoints. Fries were a little cold but it was the end of the shift. Friendly staff made the quick meal even better.

The floors were sticky and had dried drink spills left over. There was food on the ground that hadn't been picked up. The doors in the bathroom didn't lock.

Left without my card on accident so I went back and was told I wasn’t able to get my card back because the manager wasn’t able to get into the safe and told me that she’d call later on even though I live 2 hours away and cannot go without a debit card, terrible customer service and fries were cold

If I could give 0 star or negative stars I would. Went there to order food and there was some automated system asking for my order over and over. Wasn’t sure if I was supposed to order or not. Nobody else said anything so I started to order a guy jump on the microphone stating they’re not ready to take my order, so confusing, considering this automated chick kept asking for my order. Then they told me to order I started ordering and they couldn’t hear anything I was saying so I started talking loudly into the microphone. They still couldn’t hear me I had to repeat myself several times. they told me I needed to stop yelling at them or They were gonna refuse to take my order. Which was so strange to me because it seemed as though they couldn’t hear me because they kept asking me questions I just answered. I simply explained to them. I was only trying to talk loudly so they could hear me. They said I was yelling rudely. I said I’m not sure how to talk loudly without possibly sounding rude, I ordered the BLT Frisco burger they told me several times that all the burgers were Angus which one did I want? I ordered the BLT Frisco burger I told them. Then they told me they were no longer serving me. I will never go back. I suggest nobody goes there. I was simply trying to get my lunch on my lunch break and take my kids lunch. Also turned into the worst experience ever.

Avoid at All Costs

I recently made the mistake of eating at Hardee's, and it was an absolute disaster. The burger? Chewy bread that tasted like rubber. The fries? Completely mid—bland and barely warm. But the real kicker was the staff, who were rude and clearly didn’t care about their jobs. To top it all off, the place stank like butt. If you value your taste buds and sanity, steer clear of Hardee's. You’ll thank me later.
