I once went through drive thru to order food and I ended up having to have AI to take my order. It's annoying when I'm trying to get my order and I'm being interrupted by AI saying it doesn't understand or it didn't understand what was said. I got nothing against AI, but PLEASE stop using it as a crutch. And the place is completely dead when it comes to staff.

Pulled in last evening around 7 and parking lot was empty. That should have been my first indication that maybe this wasn’t where I should be getting something to eat. So I walk in and while the place has signs talking about the app and free chicken tenders they simply don’t have any tenders. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a burger. The burger was old like it had been sitting around for who knows how long. The place had no customers so they could have at least cooked up...

Ordered food online thinking it would be faster just to drive through and have the food ready. It wasn't. Our fries were cold. Boo. The wait was 15 minutes from the time I ordered it for pick up. One of the items on the order wasn't right. Food was good over all minus the cold fries. I understand being busy, but I also ordered almost an hour ahead of time for pickup.
