Jason. The Bar manager, VERY RUDE and when I called to ask about the spirits they carried he told me to "pass my bar" I thought he was joking so I called back to see to make sure, SAME JASON, and I let him know it was upsetting, and got the same rude service, (you'd think had been corrected) but he told me off. Very disappointing, from a business standpoint.

I was sitting in their area by the bathrooms (not inside their bar) for the tattoo shop next to them and they told me i couldn’t sit there and they carded me even though i told them i was just waiting for a tattoo and they still kicked me out.

I ordered a glass of wine during a private party. The wait staff brought the wrong wine. I corrected them and they brought the Cabernet I ordered. The waitress ripped the cork in the process of opening the bottle and ran off to strain my glass. She took the bottle too saying something about decanting it. What? She returns with the glass and I tell her I didn’t order a bottle, just a glass. She says, I won’t be charged. Guess what? I was because they decanted the full bottle that I didn’t order. To add to the fun, after telling me I’m getting stuck for the whole bottle, they brought me a nonfunctional pen to sign the cc receipt. Not impressed.

First time to Humpback Sally on 2/22/2020 around 4-4:15p. I was truly disappointed with the treatment of the bartender and service. Walked in and she made us feel so uncomfortable, like we were bothering her or something. Ordered two Margaritas, because it was National Margarita Day, and when we got our drinks, there were no napkins and no stirrers. It's like she wanted us to hurry up and get out. I was there with a friend that was showing me around downtown Bismarck and I had to ask, "Is this how they normally treat people here?" Truly disappointed and don't think I'll ever go back.
