The lady working today was incredibly rude and cursing. Very unprofessional. She seemed very annoyed that she had to take orders. The food is good for what it is. I did not feel very welcomed.

Terrible service I ordered online and waited for my sandwich to be finished. They had 3 employees 1 standing around, 1 chilling in the back and 1 working on the line. I kid you not I waited 40 minutes in store just until my sandwiche was done. No sense of urgency or communication to each other. If I could of canceled an online pick up order I would of. My first time trying JJ and will not be going back ever again.

Place my order 45 mins later called store to see where my order was they like we will call a driver and get it picked up good thing it a cold sandwich for if it was hot food it would been cold do not recommend this place extremely slow delivery

I placed a delivery order and after waiting over a hour call the location to inquire about the delivery was told they weee busy and had no time frame was refused to speak to management and the employee hung up on me

I wouldn't even give them a one star, but you can't submit without clicking a star.....I will NEVER, EVER order from this place again. I ordered at 9:54am for food to be delivered between 12:00-12:15pm. I called at 12:20pm and was told that the food was out for delivery. This place is only a few minutes from my work. We ordered for Boss's Day. I called back at 12:32pm and was told that they would call the driver and see where the food was at. Got a call at 12:42pm telling me I ordered at the other store. I did not, my receipt even showed this, but I called the other store anyway. Of course they didn't have it. I called the correct store back at 12:46pm and was told the driver came back with a torn bag and said a sandwich was missing, so they just "cancelled my order". No communication, no help, no offer of anything but "we can try to call the driver back to see if she'll deliver it to you". No offer of anything other than to reorder. We work in a field that we can't sit and eat whenever we want. So my boss, on Boss's Day, my co-workers, and myself all have to go the rest of the day having not eaten. SO disappointed in JJ's.

I love the food at Jimmy John's but every single time I call and order anything they tell me that it'll be a 45 minute wait. It's usually more like an hour and a half. Always the same lame excuse every single time... Only one delivery driver. Don't call yourself "freaky fast" when you're enigmatically slow.

Honestly kind of surprised there are so many negative reviews. The staff have always been incredibly kind and professional. The sandwiches themselves are also really good considering what other sandwich shops in town are like. I'd definitely recommend it to someone looking for a healthier "fast food" restaurant to eat at. The place is also almost always in flawless levels of cleanliness.

I ordered from doordash and did not recieve a single call or text that it was being delivered to me. When it said delivered I went down and checked around from apartment to apartment just for my food to not anywhere. I want a refund.

After 2 phone calls... and 2 hours of waiting we finally got our sandwiches dropped off at our front desk without the delivery guy even waiting for anyone and of course it was wrong. Only explanation they gave us when we called them was they only had 1 delivery guy. Totally understand that but some communication would have been helpful. Unacceptable for a company that claims to be freaky fast!! Would be different if this was an isolated event but has happen to many times.

I don't use this location a lot due to no drive-thru, but the times that I have stopped in they are very quick and the young lady making sandwiches has been spot-on every time with special request orders. Highly recommend!
