I don't use this location a lot due to no drive-thru, but the times that I have stopped in they are very quick and the young lady making sandwiches has been spot-on every time with special request orders. Highly recommend!

After 2 phone calls... and 2 hours of waiting we finally got our sandwiches dropped off at our front desk without the delivery guy even waiting for anyone and of course it was wrong. Only explanation they gave us when we called them was they only had 1 delivery guy. Totally understand that but some communication would have been helpful. Unacceptable for a company that claims to be freaky fast!! Would be different if this was an isolated event but has happen to many times.

I ordered from doordash and did not recieve a single call or text that it was being delivered to me. When it said delivered I went down and checked around from apartment to apartment just for my food to not anywhere. I want a refund.

Ordered 9 box lunches. Bread was hard there was no mayo on them and they didn't bring us our bottled water until an hour after we were done eating

Missing items from bag always and almost an hour for delivery less then a mile away

I’ve tried 3 times now. First time, delivery was 80 minutes. 2nd time was in-store and they were out of bread. 3rd time they delivered the wrong chips and just assumed we wouldn’t notice? And then just offered a $3 refund. Seriously? Do better.

Arrived 6:45 pm. Ordered sandwich on white roll. Told "out of all rolls" Finally get order, ALL places to sit are closed ( kind of early since open until 9:00) Start to walk out and see two large containers of white rolls and one of wheat. I was given wheat sandwich bread - since it wasn't toasted the bread must have been sitting out for quite a while. Will not return to this location.

Ordered #10 double roast beef. So salty could not even eat it. Asked for half mayo obviously he didn't understand what that was. Asked for unsweetened tea again he didn't understand only had raspberry. Nothing was good with this visit help or quality of service.

Excellent service! Family of 6 on a road trip, downloaded the app, ordered and paid in the car, picked my delivery time, when we got there it was all boxed up and ready for us with our names on each sandwich. Used their bathroom filled our drinks and got back on the road!
