Came to KFC in Bismarck north Dakota for some food for the family. We spent 5 minutes in the drive thru. After paying they asked us to move forward which we did. We spent 20 minutes waiting. I finally had enough and went in. While I was in this dirty restaurant, 11 doordash orders were handed out. 5 people walked in and ordered then got their orders. We finally got ours. I open the bad to four of the smallest chicken straps I have ever seen and no sauce. Save your time. Never go to this dumpster fire of a restaurant...

Ordered 80 dollars worth of food for dinner for the family. When we arrived to pick up our order the lady assured us that everything was in the bags, I felt confident in her words and trusted her enough to not double check the order before I left home. You can only guess what happened next...... Opening the food we see that half of our chicken order is missing. Tried calling the number listed and it gives a busy signal. Im 8 miles away and you better believe im driving back up there for the rest of my order. Very disappointed

I made an online order to save time so I could get back home to the game. My order was to be ready at 5:31, I received it at 6:15. When I arrived I was asked to park inside. I had to give them my name 4 different times to different people. Then I had to sub out part of my original chicken for extra crispy. The chicken was cold and dry. The original was fine. There were several others waiting for their online orders as. It was absolute chaos. I will never return nor recommend. KFC used to be a big deal for our family game nights. I think there are plenty other places in town to get our game night foodies from.

The manager berated an employee in front of customers which I felt wasn’t necessary. In my opinion he should have waited and taken him aside. I placed an online order to be picked up at a certain time and ended up waiting 30 minutes longer than I should have. The manager was very rude and highly doubt I will ever go back

They told me there was a 16 minute wait, which I said I was fine with. I waited 40 minutes before I went inside and asked for a refund. They looked at my receipt and walked away from me. I again asked for a refund and stated I no longer wanted the food, but he ignored me and walked away again. A few minutes later a girl came up and tossed a bag on the counter said something about it being an 8 piece (which is what I ordered). Then she walked away from me. When I got home with my order, I discovered there is no butter, honey, or napkins. The biscuits are hard as a rock. The people who work at the location in Bismarck, ND are not nice, friendly people. It was a terrible experience.

I went to wash my hands, and boy was this location's restroom an absolute mess. Overflowing trash, a discarded gloves on the ground, and a fairly filthy toilet. At least the sink was clean!
