They told me there was a 16 minute wait, which I said I was fine with. I waited 40 minutes before I went inside and asked for a refund. They looked at my receipt and walked away from me. I again asked for a refund and stated I no longer wanted the food, but he ignored me and walked away again. A few minutes later a girl came up and tossed a bag on the counter said something about it being an 8 piece (which is what I ordered). Then she walked away from me. When I got home with my order, I discovered there is no butter, honey, or napkins. The biscuits are hard as a rock. The people who work at the location in Bismarck, ND are not nice, friendly people. It was a terrible experience.

I went to wash my hands, and boy was this location's restroom an absolute mess. Overflowing trash, a discarded gloves on the ground, and a fairly filthy toilet. At least the sink was clean!

Pulled through the drive-thru shortly after 6pm had one car in front of me, we sat for almost 10 minutes before they even took our order, came up to the window and they parked us. Only 1 other car parked waiting. While waiting 6 cars came through behind us and got parked as well, thought maybe they were short handed, finally after 40 minutes of waiting while every other car got their order, I went in and they hadn't even started ours. There were 6 people I could see that were working. There is no excuse for a 50 minute wait in the drive thru while they were not busy until after we had already parked.

The food was good but today service was crap.

Sadly, this is one of the worst KFC's in the whole country. I've traveled a lot. The food is gross/cold/spongy and the biscuits are hard as hockey pucks. Either the manager isn't ordering enough chicken from the supplier or they're refusing to cook enough, because I can never get extra crispy. They don't give you the option to wait for another batch, they'll just box up some original recipe that you didn't order. Even during dinner hours. They will not check bags either, and make sure you receive what you paid for. I've been ripped off several times, and they definitely don't care. Shut it down, clean it up, restaff it, and reopen it when it's ready to be a functional business.

I walked in and came back out 30 minutes later because service was slow. I also saw food on the floor and the employees just walked over it. I like KFC but they got to step up their game

Ordered 12 pieces mixed. Got 1 breast, 1 thigh, 2 legs and 8 of the tiniest wings that I have ever seen. I ordered on the app and then was asked to come in during a snow storm. When I refused, they made me wait outside for another 45 minutes for my food. This is the fifth time that I have had this experience at this location and I always order almost $100 of food. Keep this information in mind when ordering here.

Food always good, but the way they treat the customers inside the store when they are busy is horrible. All they care about is the drive thru. I understand they are really busy but you don’t treat people that way.

The food took about an hour to get. The poor waitress was doing both the counter, the window, and running the outdoor orders to the people outside. It was super understaffed. So, the low morale was very palpable.
