I walked in and came back out 30 minutes later because service was slow. I also saw food on the floor and the employees just walked over it. I like KFC but they got to step up their game

Went inside and stood for 10 minutes without an employee acknowledging us. Finally asked if someone would take our order, we were told drive through only, no counter orders. RIDICULOUS!!! So, we had to go through the drive through to get food. BAD customer service!!!

My son loves KFC and when we go there we always eat in and the service is always great and the food is good. There was a time when we did gp there the tables were all dirty but.. I did see that they were short staffed and that is
okay. I completely understand. I also work in the food industry and as long is everyone is still doing what they can, it's okay. I just wish other people would understand that stuff happens. And your doing the best you can.
