Ordered 80 dollars worth of food for dinner for the family. When we arrived to pick up our order the lady assured us that everything was in the bags, I felt confident in her words and trusted her enough to not double check the order before I left home. You can only guess what happened next...... Opening the food we see that half of our chicken order is missing. Tried calling the number listed and it gives a busy signal. Im 8 miles away and you better believe im driving back up...

I walked in and came back out 30 minutes later because service was slow. I also saw food on the floor and the employees just walked over it. I like KFC but they got to step up their game

Went inside and stood for 10 minutes without an employee acknowledging us. Finally asked if someone would take our order, we were told drive through only, no counter orders. RIDICULOUS!!! So, we had to go through the drive through to get food. BAD customer service!!!
