Was traveling thru Bismark from the east coast and was craving birria. I’m very picky with how I like my Mexican and was unsure how the restaurant scene in the Midwest compared to the east. La Enchilada did not disappoint! So sad I don’t live closer 😭 highly recommend the quesabirria platter!

I’ve gone to several of the Mexican restaurants Bismarck has to choose from and this one is definitely a family favorite. It’s small enough for a cozy atmosphere while the beautiful tables, chairs and walls allow you to be out of the ND air for a second and experience some lovely pieces of Mexico. The staff are always attentive and the food is always fresh. The chips and salsa are my favorite with warm fresh tortilla chips as soon as you are seated. They also have the best Quesabirria, Consume fajita platters - are things that I have tried!
