This place has the best, most authentic Mexican food in Bismarck. If you are new here, get the tacos Al pastor or the quesaburria tacos. You just can’t go wrong! The servers are kind, friendly, and fast!

Was traveling thru Bismark from the east coast and was craving birria. I’m very picky with how I like my Mexican and was unsure how the restaurant scene in the Midwest compared to the east. La Enchilada did not disappoint! So sad I don’t live closer 😭 highly recommend the quesabirria platter!
