Pizza wasn't cut. Just a whole pizza. didn't have a pizza cutter at work so it made for a really weird experience with ripping the pizza apart

In town for a wedding and thought I'd visit this place. I made a huge mistake. It's been 2 months and I still have nightmares about it. Ordered extra cheese on my Detroit style, I literally got no cheese on some slices. Like WUT?!? How do you mess that up?

I also ordered crazy bread with it. It was just the bread. No butter, garlic and Parmesan cheese on it. JUST BREAD. Like how is that possible man? I didn't even call to complain about it cause I didn't ever wanna go back there again. Took it all out to the back of my hotel and threw it in the dumpster. I feel sorry for the good people of Bismarck cause Little Caesar's can be amazing. But not this one.

I have never had such unprofessional customer service in my life. I am very disappointed in the manner this establishment is being run. I was very surprised to hear the employees screaming curse words in front of customers and their children. I cannot believe the behaviors of the employees, and the manager did nothing to correct the disrespectful remarks made by their staff. I would like to know who is in charge!

did not pick up phone

The email indicates the pizzas in the portal a half hour ago supposed to pick it up at 5:30. It's now 6:04 and they're claiming it. Got put in the oven. I'm concerned about what's really going on at this business. Was ordered online an hour prior to pickup and an hour and a half later. It's still not done.

Order was supposed to be ready between 8:25 and 8:30. Got the first half of my order around 8:45, and the second half after 9. Almost no one spoke English, and the gal at the counter kept chit chatting in Spanish with a non paying customer. Will not return or reccomend

Ordered my food and they can't get the order rith I ordered half and half stuffed crust pizza and I got a stuffed crust pizza with Canadian bacon thrown on top
