I have no idea who is giving this store more than 1 star because every time I come in there, SOMEONE is giving terrible attitude to customers. You have workers not coming to the front while a line piles up and then we are asking what’s going on. Your worker comes out staring at all of us NOT saying a word, I had to ask if he was gonna help me. I’ve worked in supervisor jobs and that’s atrocious how this place is running. GOOD JOB Little Caesar’s of BISMARCK for hiring the WORST people you could find. I’m tired of giving this place my time and money. Consumers be weary of this place. I doubt the customer service here is bringing the revenue like it should. I doubt the food is being handled in a respectable manner either considering how these workers treat their job. Next time I’ll take a video because WTF. Good day.

Words don't describe how bad this place has gotten. Decided to grab a pizza and Crazy Bread last night... Horrible service. The second you walk in the door, you are greeted with glares and anger from the miserable staff. No greeting, no anything. The pre-tip option was the most comical part of the visit. The pizza itself was surprisingly decent. The crazy bread looked like undercooked blobs of dough with no flavor. I can't describe how pathetic this whole visit was. Never ever ever going back to this location.

I called the store at a not busy hour, 6:20pm, and they put me “on wait” by just setting the phone on the counter. In that time, I downloaded the little ceasers app, placed an online order, AND picked it up before they hung up the phone on me. Unbelievable.

Honestly every time I go to the store, it's tough to even walk in the door. It generally isn't friendly there, you're lucky if you're greeted. The vast majority of workers at this location to have no sense of urgency. This used to be the place to go if you wanted quick pizza. Now it's just the place you go to get pizza and hope that you get it within a reasonable amount of time along with dealing with very miserable workers.

Accidentally placed an order for the wrong store as am currently out of town and the person that answered the phone apparently could not figure out how to cancel the order. Some unknown person apparently “forgot their Pizza Portal number and whoever was at the register at the time didn’t bother asking said person what the name on the order was to prevent someone stealing an order that wasn’t under their name. The guy that I talked to said I could cancel the order on my end through the online receipt, but there was no “cancel order” button or “refund” button option. I worked at a Pizza Hut and when someone wanted to have and order canceled we would need to call our store support number to have them cancel the order and start the refund process. I am thoroughly flabbergasted to how this person or the manager working at the time couldn’t or wouldn’t do so.

they mess up orders all the time, if you want food from here dont try to use their custom order settings just get the base pizza seems to be the only thing they hardly ever mess up. also ordered a sticks and sauce and never got the sauce on multiple occasions where i had to ask the cashier for sauce and was told they didnt have any.

I purchased the Pretzel Crust Pizza the pizza itself was good the crust on the other hand was not good it was so salty it was disappointing for my family. The pizza didn’t look like the commercials. I don’t blame the workers I blame the Little Caesar’s itself.

New staff slowed down the process, but the manager was great and helpful, and our order was completed and totally delicious! All the Ceasars locations are clean and organized.

I made the mistake of going there again even though I said I was never going to 2 years ago. The place stunk and on top of that the people speak highly inappropriate. The guy up front has no idea how to run a computer. Please read this before going there.
